To see the Allies seems you need to finish the Ohn'ahran Plains campaign on this character. Didn't help that I had finished on the main and trying to this on an alt.

So, we just helped someone betray the Green Flight and the next thing that the substitute leader asks us to do is gather druids and dyads to fight in the Emerald Dream, thus leaving the grove undefended. It's like, wait, wait, I've seen this one before...

Hi all

I present You Storyline The Dreamer which is part of Achievement Friend of the Dragon Isles. To unlock This Storyline You need to have Renown Level 19 with Valdrakken Accord and do at first Storyline Garden of Secrets.

Quests in order I done:

1. Rallying Nature's Allies - Start Quest from Merithra /way 22.06 49.26, Then speak with Aronus /way 22.05 50.20, to take you ( or you can fly by your self ), In new location You need to Speak with 3 NPC and pick Up 3 Infused Anchor
/way 30.53 56.76 3 Infused Anchors
/way 29.32 55.95 Koda
/way 29.99 58.19 Scout Tomul
/way 28.35 60.12 in bulding Archdruid
2. Across the Weald - Use portal behind NPC and go to see Ysera /way 45.88 60.88
3. The Price - After accept Video will start.
4. Storm's Rest - Go to /way 45.31 63.75, then press on 3 big orbs Globe of Rebirth then you can skip conversation by speaking with Winter Queen.
5. Step Into the Life - move to /way 45.22 65.73, and use extra bar to get teleport. Then You need to do 2 things:
- Slay mobs or press on Frost Shard until 100%
- You need to place 3 Anchors: /way 65.8 51.4 /way 58.2 81.5 cave /way 45.8 39.0, then cross portal /way 31.3 22.5
6A. Thin the Veil - Press on 6 Barrier Mooring:

6B. Our Full Strength - On This Quest You need to do 2 thinks:
- Free From Ice Gerithus /way 20.30 49.21
- Free 4 Free Emerald Scaleguards or Wardens From Ice
To Free Them all You need 5 Volatile Frostfire - Its drop from mobs or can be found in Renewed Dream ( to make Renewed Dream You need 5 Slumbering Dream Fragment - mobs are droping them a lot )
8. Reunited, Once Again - Speak with Ysera Movie will start.
9. The Emerald Dragonflight - Speak with Gerithus /way 18.60 51.65, to take You.
10. We'll Cross that Bridge - Destroy 2 Frost Core bouth in towers /way 21.10 76.61 /way 21.85 78.32, Then slay on bridge Frostdrake.
11. Winter's Fall - Defeat Rymek then wait for NPC to finish quest.
12. The Dreamer - Wait until conversation will finish then speak with Merithra Movie will start.
13. Like Mother, Like Daughter - Wait until conversation will finish after finish Quest and Storyline collecting Merithra's Blessing.

Curious if anyone else is having problems with this. Completed the entire chain just fine on my first toon (save some weird bugs where some of Tyrande's dialog wasn't playing and also didn't caption there towards the end). However now that I'm on my second toon doing this I can't get the NPC to give me a lift (there's no dialog option) and since it says optional I just headed over to the area where I'm supposed to be and I can collect the 3 anchors but none of the 3 NPCs that I need to talk to are here. :( I've tried reloading, abandoning the quest and disabling all addons. I appear to be dead in the water on this one.

I'm curious, are you unable to speak to Hammul Runetotem for this quest if your Cenarion Circle rep is Unfriendly or below? He -is- part of the Cenarion Circle faction, after all...

(Back during Legion, there was a druid that was completely cockblocked from even starting the druid order hall questline because his Cenarion Circle rep was hated -- and where did you need to go to as part of the druid order hall questline? Moonglade, where you find pretty much every Cenarion Circle NPC. Who did you need to talk to to start the questline? Hammul Runetotem... who flies down to you while you're in Dalaran(Broken Isles) and says he has an important message for you -- yet you can't speak to him if your rep is Unfriendly or below. :P)

As of patch 10.0.7 this has been hotfixed and DOES NOT require the campaign completion. All NPCS appear and work as intented, instead of a ride, it just tells you to meet Somnikus at the sanctuary. Just did it on my alt (16 april 2023), which has had the quest log for a few months now ever since I got stuck because of the lack of npcs.

First time doing this on an alt that I've did everything on my main.

My alt has already finished the Oha'n'Roll achievement on that alt state on the date of 1/20/2024, two days later. I cannot find Aronus to ride to process with my quest.

I might as well just focus on other campaigns and see what happens after. I'll edit to confirm if you need all campaigns completed for this to process or not.

Description

We cannot give into despair now. We must push forward. We must think of another way through the barrier. First, we need our allies. Countless elementals summoned by Rymek are pouring through the portal. We will need an army that can move in the Dream like we can, or one that can be brought in easily. Rally the druids and centaur in Shady Sanctuary. It is time to call upon their oaths to preserve the grove.
