The Mind Control change is cool (and needed) but a lot of other priest cards need to be looked at. Killing minions with 3 or less attack. Killing minions with 5 or more attack. A shield that makes a minion invulnerable to the next attack. And all 3 are low mana costs.
Noooo! why didnt they take the Worldflipper X-50? That would be the best card eveeeeerrrr! Specially to cast it a second time, after you are almost sure your opponent turned it's tablet upside-down. arggghhhh I hope in the near future they accept the Worldflipper XXX-555 which turns your opponents screen every 3 secs for an hour, even if the match is over :)
I thought they were nerf some mage card :/ anyway nice to hear this news.
I'm guilty of playing as a Priest in most of my ranked games, but the Mind Control change is a welcome one. The deck already has plenty of minion control unless your opponent has an abundance of 4/X minions.Hearthstone is capable of big things. I'm glad to see the developers are already working on ways to keep it fresh and exciting.
Honestly, I was never really into collectible card games. I used to buy Pokémon and Magic the Gathering cards back in the day, then later WoW cards since I loved the franchise, but just for the collecting aspect and without ever really playing them. So when Hearthstone was announced, part of me was really excited since it was a Blizzard game, but the other part was sort of "well, another card game". Then one day I got home and found a beta key in my Inbox. I was really excited to try a new game, so I quickly installed it.Boy, was I wrong. Hearthstone made me see just how much fun you can have with card games! It's something that you can just log on, play for a bit and log off to head to work. It's simple to set up but can make you think at times and have loads of fun. So happy they're already planning on increasing it's longivity through adventures. As soon as it's released, I'll never be bored when I'm away from home again! :D
The expansions and adventures will give the game a lot of longevity, even though it is quite polished as is. I'm most excited for the 10 cost mind control, so I can still keep some of my 4 dmg cards from those pesky priests for a turn hopefully. Some of the other changes are nice, namely spectator mode. Looks good, been enjoying beta for about a month here now.
Having a great time at the moment on the closed Beta, these changes sound good as well, particularly that not all content will be via expansions, and I should be able to play on Andriod! :)
i love new changes :D does anybody knows when they appear? :)

Cant wait to see how iOS and Android will impact the game, it will be fun to have access to the game 24/7 if need be.
This game looks so fun would love to try it out - hope it comes to iOS devices :0)
Hopefully priests will get thoughtsteal and mind vision re worked as to not allow for more than 30 cards in a deck. That is quite infuriating.
so glad mind control went to a 10, played at my buddies house and there was nothing worse than getting a bigger minion and not being able to play it because of worrying about a mind control.
Honestly wish they'd fix it to where i dont have to use the battle.net desktop to play it, i have the beta already, but running the desktop application is nice but its a pain when you multi-box.
OMG! :P I'd have taken so much damage to Auto-Pecker 4000; and my Devouring Ooze would have been unstoppable! :( :P I love like 90% of my games; but <3 Hearthstone, it's still...so much fun! The old layout looks nice, maybe they should, like, have a version of it or something as a possible arena? :D Looking forward to the new stuff ("expansions", ranked modes, etc) they have in store for <3hstone: they look good.
I wonder how much it will "cost" to play this. If it's a monthly subscription like WoW then it could be good, but if people are going to need to pay $200+ in each expansion just to stay competitive, then I'm going to stay far from this.
I already have a beta key so don't give me one, but so far I think this game is pretty amazing. I have always wanted to play an awesome online TCG where the cards come to life in epic 3D battles, and Blizzard almost delivered, but despite the lack of awesome 3D animated battles, this game has everything you could possibly want in an online TCG, only thing I find disappointing is the limited list of heroes to choose from 3 humans, 4 orcs, 1 night elf, and 1 blood elf, Not a very good representation of the races of Azeroth in my opinion but then again I didn't make the game they did.
