This might be a reasonable buff, but even if this buff didn't work, there were many specs that were weaker than this spec in beta. Unfortunately, Blizzard's interest in each spec is very different.Boomkin is one of the typical spec that Blizzard loves and cares about a lot. Playing this spec means that it is not benched.
