You get this by dying 30 times and then finishing the match. You can see graveyard to your immediate right and left as you walk into the arena to help keep count.

Just got this achievement, take off your gear (this will help with speed) and just run in and die 30 times. reequip your gear and finish the instance as normal. As you die you will see big metal THINGS pop up right inside the arena, thats your tombstones. 15 will spawn on either side when both sides are filled you are good to go. The zappers are a great way to ensure death if you are struggling actually dying with the followers.

edit to add: you need to finish the instance to get the achievement, also the timer is not a "finish in timer or fail" timer, its for bonus score so the timer is irrelevant.

Can be done in a group – you need to die 30 times in total, not individually! The gravestones are the metal looking things to the left and right as you enter the actual arena, not in the respawn area.

You don't have to finish within the time limit, i just died 30 times myself by going in naked (in solo instances your team members death doesn't count) and finished after the timer was already gone and I did get credit. You can see the 30 tombstones left and right just when you enter the arena, so its easy to keep track.

The easiest way I found to do it is:

1. Be in tank spec
2. Go clear the trash with a full group of NPCs
3. As soon as the trash dies, get naked (it helps if you have a saved Equipment Manager slot for it)
4. Pull the bosses up to the spawn location
5. Die about 30 times
6. Run into the area and check on the left side to make sure there are 15 statues. Double check the right there are also 15 statues.
7. Die one more time.
8. Release slowly so the bosses leash to their starting locations.
9. Put back on your real gear.
10. Finish the area and get your achievement when you loot the chest.

suggest doing this one together with the bullhorn one (Bullhorn of Most Plenty), more mobs to kill you faster :3

As DPS Paladin using the NPCs as my group.

I used the Bullhorn of Calling to knock out all 3 achievements by using it 15 times in one match.
Bullhorn of Plenty - used 5 times
Bullhorn of More Plenty - used 10 times
Bullhorn of Most Plenty - used 15 times
Boot Hill create 30 tombstones. Die 30 times. You will see statues piling up on the left and right. Make sure there are at least 30 (do more to be safe).

As soon as I killed the trash, I used the Bullhorn of Calling every 30 seconds and clicked every gear on the ground.
The entire arena was full of bosses and reinforcements.
I slowly started killing each one including the 3 Goblin Zappers and dying as fast as possible to get my 30 deaths.

45 minutes later, I was able to finish and the Podium Upgrade: Scrappiest was in the chest.

Step 1: Talk to Xyggie Marou to enter the Dastardly Dome.
Step 2: Run into the trash and die. Repeat until you have 30 "tombstones" (metal pipes) sprouting from the ground. There will be 15 on each side of the entryway.
Step 3: Complete the run (time does not matter).
Achievement earned!

Notes:

You don't need to remove your gear. There is no durability loss in Dastardly Duos. (Edit: If you're a clothie like me, you'll die plenty fast, but those in heavier armor might want to remove it so they die faster.)
Don't dismiss the NPC group. It's impossible to finish without them if you're soloing (Edit: and also a clothie).
