This buff is one of four buff you can get from interacting with a Time-Lost Shrine.

The buff lasts for 10 minutes, and increases your mastery, crit chance and haste by 25%.

This buff along with the other Celestials blessings gets removed when entering or if you already are in the Censer of Eternal Agony form.

This buff alongside Fortitude of Niuzao Wisdom of Yu'lon and Xuen's Strength are the 4 celestial buffs players can get from Time-Lost Shrine on Timeless Island. In my opinion it is by far the best of all 4 blessings as it gives +25% to crit, mastery, and haste directly instead of adding 25% of your current amount. Using a balance druids as an example they are 25% more likely to critical hit which when used with Moonfire and Sunfire leads to Shooting Stars activating rapidly. The 25% increase to haste speeds this up even more and the 25% mastery gives a 25% increase to the appropriate spells depending on Eclipse.

Does anyone know if the buff you get from the altars are affected by which celestial is avaible for battle? Sometimes I never get one particular buff, other times it's one of the other buffs.
