I find the new locks 4 set bonus to be weak, we go from having a reduce CD on our Dark soul or main ability to making out attack do little more damage, and for a destro lock it makes our embers generate twice as much, sure that means more Chaos Bolts, but the reduce Cd to allow us to use Dark Soul more, and have a 30% increase crit is way better then getting 2x cylinders per attack.

I really want to know who comes up with this stuff, unless it proving that the chance to generate twice the normal Embers get more dps then reduce Dark Soul Cd, I think I hold off and keep my 4 piece Tier 14 set bonus, and just upgrade everything else.

For destruction warlocks:
Does this apply to crits as well, generating 4 graduations, or does it merely add 8% to our chance to generate 2?

EDIT: Just got the 4 set myself, and i found the tooltip to be misleading. Each cast, whether a hit or crit has an 8% chance to grant an additional graduation, so the max you can get off of a single incinerate (Crit + proc) is 3. Seems pretty weak overall.
