Apparently there's no page for the WQ, so: I started the WQ and unearthed 1/2 Finds. Then the WQ zone on my minimap disappeared along with all the yellow dots, and I can no longer see the brown geysers indicating where to dig. I /reloaded and flew to the main island and back to no avail.

UPDATE: Deladrin's response pointed me to success: a plume at /way 13.13, 14.15
And then another at /way 17.48, 17.96
The WQ zone doesn't reappear on the minimap, but the little yellow circles at the plumes are still there. Keep flying around.

If the quest shaded area goes away when you finish the first of the 2 collections, the second one is still there. I flew around the area until it showed up on my mini-map and I was able to complete the quest.

Reminder: The temperature bar drops at the bottom center of your screen by default. I moved it in edit mode as that is where my action bars are in it was frustrating me.

I had the same issue where the last one didn't show up. Ended up relogging and nothing changed, so I flew into the great sea and back and now all the plumes respawned even though they didn't show on the map, and were repetably usable. Was able to farm the rock one for the achievement then reuse the 1st treasure one to finish the WQ.

Can't figure out what to do for this quest? Yay! You're not alone!

1. Go to a yellow dot on your mini map and look for a dirt cloud on the ground.
2. Click the Archivist's Wind Totem icon (either from your bags or the icon beside the world quest itself). This will spawn an air elemental beside your character along with a physical totem on the ground.
3. Now click the physical totem beside your character on the ground - this will make the air elemental unearth an artifact from the dirt cloud.
4. Click on the artifact - if it's a fake artifact you'll just be able to loot the item. If it's a real artifact you'll have to play the mini game of keeping the elements balanced by either clicking on the totem to add air or clicking on the water spouts swirling around to add water. Now spam click the artifact on the ground while the elements are balanced until the yellow bar over the artifact is filled to 100%.
5. Repeat this until you unearth 2 artifacts.

Note: You MUST drop a totem at each dirt cloud location.
Note: You MUST play the mini game to get the 2 artifacts.
