Fate-Twister Seress offers four (4) ways to obtain your three (3) Seal of Tempered Fate per week to be used for bonus rolls during raids. Some follower missions in your garrison also reward seals and currently don't appear to count against your weekly total.

The cost per seal increases each time you repeat a quest that uses the same currency. Please note that the costs have been fluctuating in the beta build to build; I'll keep this updated to reflect the changes.

Can't find the fate twister where she's supposed to be on live, might not be here until highmaul opens up, pity.

These NPC's were temporarily removed at the same time Conquest Points were temporarily removed.

Just a personal observation.

I couldn't fine Fate-Twister Seress in her little gazebo on the point, so I used /tar and found her next to the Apexis traders.

And fyi, I was able to use a combo of garrison points and honor. I wasn't locked into just using honor or garrison points.

Confirmed, she is now next to the Apexis traders near the Auction House.

This NPC is currently by the Apexis vendors @ 51, 61.

I found this NPC today and not on the location Wowhead is telling me.

I found him on > 51.8, 61.4
Wich is next to the Apexis Traders and the Auction house in Ashran.
