I, for one, am a proud supporter of this cause. Hati is one of the features from Artifacts that I think SHOULD carry on to the spec it's related to.
Honestly I want all the artifact's traits and buffs to come forward into the next expansion with us and have BfA balanced around them being baseline, but if I have to pick any one trait to save it'll probably be Hati. And my Unholy DK's extra ghoul summoning.
No. If we don't get to use anything from our Artifact Weapons why should Hunters? Not signing this. I was disappointed to see we weren't just eventually going to be kitted out in cool artifact stuff and our weapons are going away. Hunters pretty much get a free pass through the game anyway. If everyone was keeping some aspect of their Artifact weapon I'd be all for this, but, no, not gonna happen from me.

Save the wolf, but don't force me to keep using it. I want my own pets as my second. That mechanic needs to be carried forward in BfA.
Hati should at least become a talent choice for beastmaster hunters, but he might need to be reworked a bit then, to either always be active or be some DPS cooldown. We know that some classes so far will have their talent abilities as a optional talent.
Tried to start momentum for this among my guild, but was rebutted from the warlock contingent that hati gets no sympathy until thal'kiel's future is addressed and assured at least in transmog haha.

If Blizzard lets us return a healed Hati back to Thorim, before sacrificing our weapon, I'd be fine with that. I mean otherwise it's "Yeah, Hati your a good dog but you got to die in order to save the world, sorry." is kind of cruel.
If they end up saving Hati they need to overhaul his AI because it is garbage. Like no joke all the Hati memes aren't exaggerations. He is dumber than an ogre and 10 times as unresponsive to commands.
Hati gets in the way and has so many pathing and AI bugs, I'm glad to see him go.
