Value: 4%9%
Affected Spells:

Chimaera Shot	Beast Cleave	Kill Command
Cobra Shot

Approximately 56.5 procs per minute.

Sigma

These should be on PTR now.

We'll look into the point about being lower damage per Focus than Aimed Shot. Both and Aimed Shot could probably do something closer to their live damage (assuming Patient Sniper/Sidewinders setup) to ensure is always high priority. Lower Focus cost on is also a possibility. Overall, the rotation should remain similar for a player who continues using Patient Sniper and Sidewinders, with the main caveat being that using Sidewinders in all situations will have more downsides than it does in 7.1.

Effect #6 also provides an additional 8% to Blackout Kick, Rising Sun Kick, and Tiger Palm (credit to Hinalover for noticing).

Sigma

In addition to some changes that are visible normally in the client (damage of most Windwalker abilities), a recent hotfix included one change that won't be noticeable until you try it, which is a very large increase to Xuen's damage.

provided more details

Ok I need to run some tests but it looks like Blizzard buffed that Attack Power multiplier that Xuen and Niuzao get from players. On live Xuen gets 100% of the player's AP as it's own. On PTR, Xuen now gets 600% of the player's AP as it's own. Crackling Tiger Lightning still does 40% of Xuen's AP. Meaning, say a player has 30,000 AP, on PTR, Xuen will have 180,000 AP. Crackling Tiger Lightning will hit for 72,000 per tick

Niuzao was also buffed. on Live he gets 135% of the player's AP as it's own. on PTR he now gets 330% of the player's AP as it's own.

Good to see that change for Tanks!

Comment by hotaru251

I know Druid tanks needed a slight nerf...but they are hitting EVERYTHING...
passive damage reduction is losing 4%, rage generation is being hit, trait to reduce cost of IF/MoU cut by half, and now IF losing 1/5th its bonus armor :|...

I cant help but think this is going a bit too much all at once..

also locks getting crap :(

Death Coil damage is worthless, the talent change is nerf, and worse RNG on rune regen. Nerfed overall.

Comment by Kauko

Its an overall buff... if they nerf one ability it doesn't mean the whole spec was nerfed...

Comment by Shelassa

Beast Mastery 4 pieces set bonus is still as underwhelming as it gets, even with the buff :D

LOL NERFS TO UNHOLY

I really don't understand their logic. Also, destro lock: at pvp, if played well, they can be really, really good. But they're also very vulnerable. One interrupt on a chaos bolt and all is lost, most likely. Bad, pretty bad. :/

Agreed. I think destro is in an ok place now, with gurther buffs it would explode, and quckly got nerfed to ground.

It's rather underwhelming for the same reason Titan's Thunder is: exceptionally reliant on a RNG proc that's players can only minimally influence. Wonder how much better it is with the One With the Pack buff though.

Comment by Redron

Why they nerf artifact traits on rip, while they can nerf blood talons talent? I don't get it.

Comment by Vlad

As a tank I am a little sad to see further nerfs to the neck. Still better than live considering it will re-apply in combat, but less % means boss on high difficulties will chomp away the shield in a couple of autoattacks every 30 seconds, at least if its bosses you are progressing at. Not bad, it's after all some free damage that disappeared, but still, that 30% was so good though! Now I might replace prydaz earlier than expected, hmm. The archimonde trinket nerf too, oh boy, tanks arent allowed to have any fun, unlike the shock baton or caster trinket from illgynoth doing like 20% of the casters total damage. >_>
