Correction, the ability that was replaced by Venom Zest was Master the Basics. Death from Above is still available.
I cant wait they going to make destro locks unstoppable with the fire and brimstone combod with chaos bolt. that's going to be sick dps
I think I merged the names of both abilities together there, fixed :) Need more coffee.
Fire and Brimstone with Chaos Bolt??????Do we become raid bosses in WoD?Logically, though, it's likely to cost more than one burning ember to pull that one.
Haha it's fine, we all make mistakes!
Fire and Brimstone with Chaos Bolt?Do we become raid bosses in WoD?Logically, though, it's likely to cost more than one burning ember to pull that one.1 Ember for the Fire and Brimstone trigger + 1 Ember for the Chaos Bolt itself (probably)Would be a nice addition since I usually find myself hovering between 30 and 40 Emberbits when doing Fire and Brimstone: just add in a Chaos Bolt every time i hit 40 and then continue with Incinerates and Conflagrates to build them up again.Considering the same talent boosts the Ember regen of those spells, you might be able to alternate them without dropping too low.Adding in Backdrafted Chaos Bolts... Let's say it's good they're doing the number crunch :p
Can someone explain what "Readiness-affected" abilities mean? I'm lost in the sauce.
So when is wowheads news / interviews / screenshots update coming? :)
Several Siege of Orgrimmar trinkets have unique procs, which are becoming actual new stats in Warlords of Draenor. Readiness can be already found on trinkets like Vial of Living Corruption, it reduces the cooldown recovery rate on pre-determined abilities. In Warlords, Readiness will be a new secondary stat, along with Amplify (increases your crit damage multiplier, multistrike damage multiplier, and secondary stats by a percentage) and Multistrike (gives separate chances to hit each target an additional time for 30% damage). More details on gear/itemization in Warlords here: http://www.wowhead.com/news=224546/gear-changes-in-warlords-of-draenor@Theed These round of press events seems to be for more general press that didn't attend BlizzCon and were getting up to speed on existing Warlords changes--to the best of my knowledge, no US fansites were included in this round. The past press events I've attended have had an NDA component and we couldn't do things like take screenshots or videos of the game. Definitely looking forward to when I can spend some more time playing WoD and fixing new data though :)

Finally! We can make a true Warcraftish Dwarf Mountain Warrior with both Avatar and Stormbolt
Wow, those Warrior talents actually sound fun!
Seriously? You put Bladestorm and Bloodbath on the same tier? Blizz stop screwing with stuff that doesn't need changing....
Same tier of shockwave and stormbolt ? %^&* you blizzard! Our damage may better be buffed in wod
Thought they were nerfing locks lol, this is ridiculous.Warlocks need to be nerfed TO THE GROUND
Kinda sad there wasn't anything changed about the Level 100 Talents for Priest. Last I checked, they all sounded a bit lacking.
Kinda sad there wasn't anything changed about the Level 100 Talents for Priest. Last I checked, they all sounded a bit lacking. We don't know that. No one leaked anything about priests of the current build. Most class changes will be done when closed beta has started.
New talents are interesting but you have to remember how far away we are from being anywhere close to finalized. They were changing MoP talents basically up until release. As for the tuning, it's hard to compare with the impending squish.
Kinda sad there wasn't anything changed about the Level 100 Talents for Priest. Last I checked, they all sounded a bit lacking. How can you say they're lacking when all of them changes shadow playstyle so much?First one might be interesting in fights with cleave (DoT the secondary target and Mind Spike the main one). The middle one creates a super DoT that lasts 1 minute (basically you'll only cast Devouring Plague when the enemy doesn't have Void Entropy on him). The one on the right side makes your shadowy apparitions generate shadow orbs. Dude, that's extremely powerful lol. I'm afraid Blizzard is probably going to change that (like they've done to Master the Basics).
