aw..i actually lieked the cosmetic ideas
Spoiler alert on Durumu in LFR: you will die. A lot.
I was actually sad Earth Day wasn't going to be a thing... silly hippy me.
instead of fooling us you might aswell request blizz to implent these ideas, you know
I hit 11 stacks in my LFR group, and members of my guild have said they've gone anywhere from 6-10 stacks. If Determination weren't a real thing, we'd be looking at Garalon level death rate. Though, to be fair, a lot of it has to do with the fact that the maze portion of Durumu is far too complex for an LFR group, especially since none of the journal notes spell out how to successfully do it and, for the life of me, I never once saw the maze opening (my one guild member who ran this regularly said it's doable but way too similar to the regular boss encounter).
ive seen the stacks from 5+...its a fun fight but a lot of people were also saying about the maze thing and not being able to see it. Also elvUI users got their gold taken away from them and "donated" as a april fools joke haha
The joke from warcraftpets.com must of been the best one, cracked up as I was scrolling down reading about it.
Blizz did do WoW April Fools - all day in random zones the sound files from certain boss fights would play - the loading screen for the zep yelled "BONE STOOOORMMMMM" at me, and I heard a few other bosses yelling things while in Silvermoon City and Orgrimmar, as well as other quest zones.
Hue. Dat Harlem Shake. Would've been funnier if it actually moved all your binds around, mixing them up.
Wowhead makes me cry but you do come up with some great April Fool's to the point there SO good Blizzard needs to add an Earth Week my friends and I were so excited we forgot it was April 1st when you guys posted it =(
Doesn't need to, it could be one of those small events like "Pirate's Day" and "Day of the dead".
I actually really liked the idea of an Earth Day(Week) holiday. Makes sense with the druids, especially the ones Borean Tundra.
Aww man... I wish this was real.... why does wowhead have to be a troll? :(
