Patch 5.0.4: Account-Wide Achievements, Tier 13 Bonuses

Realm-first titles are account-wide, like Death's Demise. Blizzard stated in the past that they weren't in favor of doing this, so this is a big surprise.

Dragon Soul is up to the 35% buff and Glory of the Dragon Soul Raider no longer requires Heroic: Spine of Deathwing and Heroic: Madness of Deathwing.

Many Tier 13 set bonuses changed in light of the talent tree revamp.

Have Group, Will Travel and flask guild perks are gone.

Faction-specific mounts do not extend to alts on the opposite faction. This includes obvious ones like Argent Tournament mounts (White Skeletal Warhorse), but also things like Mechano-Hog, Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth, and Reins of the Wooly Mammoth.

PvP Mounts are character specific. Ex: Reins of the Vicious War Steed

Class mounts are character specific: Dreadsteed

Reins of the Violet Proto-Drake does not grant 310% flying anymore.

Account-Wide Pets

Pet totals work slightly differently than mounts.

Most pets are account-wide, and if multiple characters already had the same common pet, then up to 2 additional copies of the pet are added to your total. This is because you can have duplicate pets on a team for pet battles.

Faction-specific pets are account-wide, as well as pets tied to guild reputation.

Unique pets are tied to the TCG or the Blizzard store. They are account-wide, but you do not get duplicate copies of those.

You can't battle pets now, but you can rename them!

When Patch 5.0.4 goes live, we will be implementing systems that prepare characters for the Pet Battles system that is coming with World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, and bringing account-wide non-combat pets to the game. During the patching process, non-combat pets will be migrated among your characters, with the final result being all of your non-combat pets available to all of your characters. This initial adjustment to your catalog of pets includes several changes that are worth noting.

1. There will be a limit of 500 pets, per player, that can be carried going forward.

Players will be allowed to go over the 500 pet cap during the 5.0.4 migration.
The migration will not convert more than a total of 1500 pets for a player.
Unique pets will be merged, so there will not be more than one unique pet on an account.

2. Pets that can only be used by characters of the other faction will be greyed out.

Such pets can only be summoned by characters of the proper faction.
Examples include: Balloons, Moonkin Hatchlings.
There are certain pets that will not be account-wide. Examples include: Guild Page, Guild Herald, Argent Squire, Argent Gruntling.

3. Players should not see more than one of any unique pets. Examles include: Lil' Phylactery, Murky's Little Soulstone, and Frosty's Collar.

4. All standard pets will be merged, with a limit of three per type. Players who currently have more than three of the same pet across their characters will see a total of three after the migration. Examples of standard pets: Cat Carrier (Orange Tabby), Prairie Dog Whistle, Tiny Crimson Whelpling.

Druid, Item - Druid T13 Feral 2P Bonus (Savage Defense and Blood In The Water): Feral: Ferocious Bite now refreshes the duration of your Rip on targets with 60% or less health. Guardian: Reduces the rage cost of your Savage Defense by 5. Formerly, Mangle would trigger Savage Defense.

Druid, Item - Druid T13 Feral 4P Bonus (Might of Ursoc and Stampede): Feral: Using Tiger's Fury will trigger your Omen of Clarity ability.
Guardian: Might of Ursoc also affects all raid and party members. Formerly, Frenzied Regeneration affected all party and raid members.

Mage, Item - Mage T13 4P Bonus (Arcane Power, Combustion, and Icy Veins): Each stack of Stolen Time also reduces the base cooldown of Arcane Power, Combustion, and Icy Veins by 5%. Formerly, was reduced by 15 seconds.

Paladin, Item - Paladin T13 Retribution 2P Bonus (Judgment): Increases the damage done by Crusader Strike by 15%. Formerly, Judgement granted 1 Holy Power.

Paladin, Item - Paladin T13 Retribution 4P Bonus (Zealotry): Increases damage done by your Templar's Verdict by 20%. Formerly, when Zealotry was active, all abilities did 18% more damage.

Paladin, Item - Paladin T13 Protection 4P Bonus (Divine Guardian): Reduces the cooldown of Devotion Aura by 30 sec and increases the radius of its effect by 60 yards. Formerly, reduced cooldown of Divine Guardian by 60 sec and increased radius by 70 yards.

Paladin, Item - Paladin T13 Holy 2P Bonus (Avenging Wrath): After using Avenging Wrath, the mana cost of your healing spells is reduced by 25% for 15 sec. Formerly, was after using Divine Favor.

Shaman, Item - Shaman T13 Elemental 2P Bonus (Elemental Mastery): Elemental Mastery also grants you 1000 mastery 20 sec. Formerly was 2000 mastery for 15 sec.

Priest, Item - Priest T13 Shadow 4P Bonus (Shadow Word: Pain): Increases the damage done by your Shadow Word: Pain by 15%. Formerly, Shadowfiend and Shadowy Apparitions had a 100% chance to grant 3 orbs each time they did damage.

Warlock, Item - Warlock T13 4P Bonus (Soulburn): Increases the damage done by your Agony, Corruption, Incinerate, and Shadow Bolt spells by 5%.

Raid dummies are level 93 now--not so helpful for practicing your new rotation.

Players who bought the Mists of Pandaria Digital Deluxe edition will get the items (Imperial Quilen, Lucky Quilen Cub) and Feats of Strength (Collector's Edition: Imperial Quilen, Collector's Edition: Lucky Quilen Cub) associated with it.

The Aspects buff in Dragon Soul is now up to 35%.

The daily quest cap is now removed.

Have Group, Will Travel and cauldron duration perks are gone. In their places are Ride Like the Wind, , and The Doctor Is In.

Formerly 10% Spell Power after using Soul Burn and in addition restoring the shard, if a Soulfire is cast, while the Soul Burn Buff is active.

Blizzard has stated that there is a cap of 1500 on the total number of copies of pets that may be added during the migration. However, the cap of three per type only applies to learning new copies of a pet, not migrating from existing characters. The Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth, can be purchased on alliance side or horde side. The only difference is the color and the vendors to which are sitting on the mount. They should automatically be switched when you are on horde or alliance. Regardless of what server or side you are one.
