Also dont forget about no moer Rip crits, we will all miss those, and dude aadra " -> Nom Nom Nom: OMFG! The holy grail of PvE DPS! Easier rotations, moar energy spent on Shreds / Ferobites due to continuous Rip flow! Yayyy!"You talk as if its going to be up all the time, Its only the last 25% of the health. Dont get me wrong its a cool talent but not "the holy grail" especially with all the stat decreases and what notOh ya u also notice that they took away imp MotW? ya so we get 4% more dmg to shred, but we lose 4% statsQQLooks like Druid tanks are staying def capped with talentsDuuuh :p What did you expect? Other tanks are getting the same treatment now as well!
My understanding was that they were building the possibility of DoT ticks critting into all DoTs, so the talent became unnecessary. Could be wrong though.Fury Swipe looks similar to the protection paladin talent Reckoning, which in today's world (of Warcraft) isn't taken by raiding paladins because it turns out that it adds very little threat when compared with the paladin's other abilities. Not sure if this will be the case for bears, though - perhaps accounting for maul damage as well as white swings, since it would be hard to separate them, how much threat for bears comes from those sources v. mangle, lacerate, swipe, FFF, etc.?
If Nom Nom Nom makes it to live and it does not have any sound effects on proc I will be extremely disappointed with Blizzard.
I'm really excited for the new Wrath of Cenarius mechanic. Anyone know if more talent points into it will increase the damage/decrease the mana of MF per stack? It gives me something to press when I'm moving!Would this also mean that we not use Glyph of Moonfire, should it remain the same (it probably won't), to get the most out of the initial damage so that DPS doesn't go down much when moving?

I dont see me crying about anything, nice try at trolling though. Maybe next time you can actually have some sort of arguement. :)
I'll take this.I guess (I hope) glyph of moonfire will be changed, to give it more emphasis on being an instant spell to spam on high mobilty bosses, leaving IS as the high damage long dot.Why no moonglow? EuphoriaOwlkin Frenzy VS Brambles: Brambles would provide more dps and utility in both boss fights and pulls. How much are you hit anyways? frenzy will still suck.Lunar Justice? situational, not that useful in high movement bosses too nor bosses. Why no perseverance? Nice talent for pvp, but seriously, you have disc priests / barkskin for pve damage mitigation already (1 min cooldown rofl).
Efflorescence (3 points): Cataclysm: When you ...... Increases your total spirit by 10/15/20/25%.This is wrong...are just 3 talents so could be: spirit by 10/15/20%.

Imp ToL - increases damage done.. wtf.. okay granted, it's worth taking 3 points in it to lower the CD by 1.5 minutesActually we will have to see what "empowered" means before we even decide if ToL is worth taking. I personally hate the 50% reduced movement speed. It was stupid in TBC and its stupid now. It looks much more like a pvp talent then a PvE talent currently.I agree that currently the restoration tree is looking very lack luster, ESPECIALLY when compared to the restoration shaman and holy/discipline healing trees. If restoration is broken in Cataclysm then I will probably abandon my main that I had since TBC, and that could quite possibly make me look deeply into GW2.
They should keep "Nom Nom Nom"
I can't say that I like the changes to my Tree of Life AT ALL. The main reason I even became a restoration druid was for that form (and the amazing healing) and now they nerf it? I understand that it's been considered OP in PvP, but this may make my druid become an alt. >:/ Grats, Blizz. Yes, we now have hasted HOTs. Whoo hoo, big deal. If you're going to nerf Trees and Boomkins -- mostly Trees, it seems -- then nerf Dire Bears too. >:o
Yeah its like a glorified trinket now, where's the sense in no permanent tree? Doesn't feel very druid-like anymore, maybe i'll just go back to my priest instead i guess... :/
NEW CAT FORM BELOWhttp://cata.wowhead.com/talent#0ZiMhfRcbxbbubMzGxobEcxb:cpmV0m
One concern I have is that between the balance of power and moonkin form changes moonkin will be even more squishy and killable in pvp than we are now.
It's looking like Resto druids are getting shafted. Do DKs have to wait 5 minutes to switch presences? Do Warriors have to wait 5 minutes to switch stances? Hunters and their Aspects? So why druids?
The new Tree of Life cooldown is sooo stupid!
You forgot to mention Improved Faerie Fire was removed.
I don't think that putting a cd on Tree of Life is that much of a bad change. Ofc I'm sad that I don't get to look like firewood anymore, but when you look at it, we had to be in that form to compete with other healers, and by doing that we were losing any dps powers we could think of. And with what we saw in other talents tree (just looking at disc priest with the smite bonus), Blizzard seems like they want to put dps a small part of healing as well. I mean, only looking at players getting hit can get pretty boring sometimes if your group is very geared and knows how to play, and so don't need a lot of healing. And we will get some nice bonus on healing spells in Tree Form, even if we still don't know what it's gonna be. We will be as strong as we were before with the form, except this time, we'll have a cooldown to use when healing gets intense. And you know, with Imp Tree of LIfe, and if you use the cd every time, you'll only be out of form for 2min 45sec every 3 min and a half, which is, in my opinion, very acceptable.
Although I like some changes, (especially to the feral tree) I'm somewhat disheartened by the nerfing being done to tree of life and moonkin forms. The solar abilities are nice, but poor moonkins are going to lose a great deal of survivability in pvp, with the greatly reduced armor, lack of crit mana regen, and the removal of the reduced stun damage (which itself was only recently added anyway). The new mushroom abilities are nice, but I would've prefered the armor bonus remain untouched at least.
Om nom nom! they should sooo keep it as that name!
