Looted: Battle pet bandage, magical pet biscuit, happy pet snack, pet grooming kit, well-loved toy, rusty pet cage, tattered collar, and a chain pet leash.. It would be nice to see an actual pet drop at some point.

So far each bag for me has dropped 2 green items (mini treats and bandages, generally) and 1 grey item. (hairballs, rusty cages and the like).

Very valuable information here, so downvote quickly or others will see it.

Discovered: Items from lootable sacks such as these are generated on opening, not when you obtain the sack.

How do I know this? I stored up my sacks of pet supplies until today, when 5.1 hit and I gleefully opened exactly 50 of them.

I obtained (in addition to 76 bandages and a bunch of junk):
1x Flawless Dragonkin Evolution Stone
2x Flawless Magic Evolution Stone
1x Flawless Mechanical Evolution Stone (I hate mechanicals. *cries and discards*)
3x Flawless Flying Evolution Stone

All of these sacks were obtained pre 5.1. They were opened today, at 5.1. They contained evolution stones that only exist in 5.1. Therefore, stuff is generated on opening.

(Although, based on the weighting of things I got, and the fact that I usually fight the same Pandaren - that Dragon one came from Aki, most likely - they might keep track of exactly which gym leader the sack came from. Just an observation. Not saying it's true, just very possible.)

Updated info: They have recently changed these bags to reward indolence and punish hard work. They track how many battlestones you have gotten and ADJUST YOUR LOOT. If you farm these heavily, you will soon be opening twelve per day and getting no stones at all. Farming these on alts instead would be a good counter to this.

There does not seem to be a connection between the type of stone in the Sack of Pet Supplies and the pets involved in that tamer battle (yours or theirs). I've gotten the Flawless Humanoid Battle-Stone, Flawless Critter Battle-Stone and Flawless Magic Battle-Stone through the pet tamer quests. The Magic came when using an Elemental, Beast and Dragonkin against a Beast, Mechanical and Elemental (Major Payne). The Critter and Humanoid were from using a Beast and two Dragonkin against a Magic, Dragonkin and Elemental (Bloodknight Antari).

tomtom macros (two macros because its limited to 255 characters) but you need to use it only 1 time per day :D

Here is a tip if your looking for an easy way to grind these trainers.

Create 11 toons on a empty server. I would choose RP server (So you don't get ganked). Luckily, I have several accounts and the RP server is in my CRZ. I got my level 90 mage and ported 7 of them to Eternal Vale, 1 to Dalaran. I flew them out to the each of the Grand Master Pet Trainers.

Now all I have to do is:

Login ---> Battle ---> Open Pet Bag ---> Logout

* These Grand Master Pet Trainers Have Enemy NPC Nearby and will kill your lowbie toon.
Seeker Zusshi - Townlong Steppes (36,52) - level 25 pets - elemental, critter, aquatic
Bloodknight Antari - Shadowmoon Valley (31,42) - level 24 pets - dragonkin, magic, elemental

** These Grand Master Pet Trainers are close by and easy to get to on your main.

I'm absolutely amazed at the low drop rate of anything useful in these bags. I'm looking for flawless stones, porcupette and I've done these I don't know how many times and never seen either.

However if I do the pandaren epic tamer daily I get a flawless stone almost every single time.

I hate the new way to open the bags. Why it cannot be a normal bag anymore?
I have no chance to take only the items i need out and delete the bag afterwards.
No I have to be always scared that i do not have enough free bag slots.

It seems they dramatically increased the drop rate of flawless family specific battle stones when they changed how the bags open.

This change was done to prevent an abuse of opening the bags.

Just a few minutes ago I got the Flawless Undead Battle-Stone from Lydia Accoste in Karazhan. I used Darkmoon Glowfly and Cogblade Raptor both level 25. I also had a Kun Lai Runt but he died. He was level 23.

I need some help here. I have all taming achievements (Taming Kalimdor Taming Azeroth Taming Outland etc.). But i dont know how i can get daily quests that i earn Sack of Pet Supplies as a reward. I can only duel with some tamers like Zunta but i dont earn Sack of Pet Supplies i earn only golds and i cant duel with some tamers like Stone Cold Trixxy no daily quests avaible from them. So im in need help with farming Sack of Pet Supplies. What is the point?

I wonder if they have nerfed this loot wrt battle stones. I do my round of trainers almost every day and in the past I could count on getting at least one battlestone of some variety. I haven't seen one in weeks, just the useless vendor trash and bandages

I put together a few scripts that tell you which daily quests you haven't finished yet. These include all the grandmasters, Pandaren tamers as well as the Pandaren Spirit tamers. So basically all trainers with a daily quest that grants some kinde of bag.
