This is the level 86-90 equivalent of Dust of Disappearance (Level 81-85) and Vanishing Powder (Level 80 and below). Like the previous iterations, it allows you to change one glyph that you have enabled OR change a talent within a specific tier to another within that same tier (e.g. level 15 tier, 30 tier, etc.)

This being said, any talent change or glyph change will consume one Tome of the Clear Mind; you cannot change BOTH a talent and a glyph with a single tome.

These are also sold by http://www.wowhead.com/npc=24935#sells . I noticed it when going below deck on one of the zeppelins in Orgrimmar just to see what was down there.

Can't see it on the sell-table, but it is sold by the machine for 50s each.

Am I missing something? I'm level 90 and Hagra does not have these for sale. I even made sure to unselect "Warlock" specification on the vendor window just to be sure. Apparently they changed the vendors when MoP went live. Where are they sold now?

For some reason, the Inscription Supplies vendors do not carry this item. Confused me for a good while.

I find it weird that despite the fact the tome says "Sold by inscription vendors...." when it does not seem to be sold by inscription vendors at all, lol. Sadly, even the inscription vendor in Vale of Eternal Blossoms only sells the lower level ones, kinda odd.

The tome is sold by the Reagents vendor in Shrine of the Seven Stars, Yanyra Moonfell.

Since they removed all other reagents from the game, I guess they gave them to Reagent Vendors to give them something to do.

This can be purchased at the Shrine of the Two Moons from Sheena Sunweaver in the Chamber of Masters (bottom of stairs). Happy Hunting!

Considering the worst-case scenario of getting only one ink (two pigments) from one milling of 5 herbs. Those herbs would need to cost 2g per stack to make Tome of the Clear Mind a remotely viable way of getting these Tomes.

For a best-case scenario, obtaining 2 inks (4 pigments) from a single milling of 5 herbs, the herbs would still have to be 4g per stack to make Inscription a viable option.

TL;DR: Tome of the Clear Mind needs to make multiple Tomes to ever be viable over just purchasing the Tomes from a reagent vendor.

I have not been able to use these to change my talents while in a dungeon group. Is this normal, or is it a bug?

I thought you were supposed to be able to change your talents and glyphs mid-instance, or mid-raid.

As of 5.1, it seems inscription supply vendors now have them in stock.

I went half nuts trying to figure out how to use this item. You don't use it. You just click on your newly chosen glyph, then the space you want to put it on (over the old one). You cannot do this unless you have the Tome of the Clear Mind in your bags.

Solution: Not able to change talents

Check your add-ons. Couldn't change my talents when I hit 90 and finally figured out 2 add-ons that were causing the talent removal to stop after confirming 1 Tome of the Clear Mind.

Disable Talented
Disable Recount

Able to modify talents all I want now. Hope this helps others.

Have you tried to sell these to AH? You can easily sell it for 5g or more per piece... Yeah... Reminds me of people that used to buy ice cold milk from AH.

USER BEWARE! Using this to adjust your glyphs (specifically, when you put the new glyph in) while mounted will dismount you! (This has resulted in my death at least once.)
