New "High" level Agility food for MOP, +300 agility versus

Starter foods +250 Agility Sauteed Carrots +275 Agility Valley Stir Fry.

MATS: Specialty mats? Rice Flour x 1 Tiger Gourami x 2 (Fished in Kun-Lai Summit) Scallions x 25 ( drop off any Saurok Mobs) May be farmable from the new "farming" side of MOP not a just a kill or gather item.

To get to 575 cooking you can start with lower level (starter Agility food) Sauteed Carrots , Mats: Forest Boar Meat x 1 which is found in the The Jade Forest the 85-86 level zone so easier to get.

Then Recipe: Valley Stir Fry made from Goat Chops x 1 & Juicycrunch Carrot x 2

Sold by looks like its auto learned when you hit 575 in this "way of cooking" It requires 575 cooking regular and 575 in "the way of the Wok" so will be tight first first few weeks into MOP. Orange from 575-594, Yellow 595-549 grey at 605.

Is apparently flagged as meat.

My Cat (meat, fish) eats this, but not my Crane (bread, fish). Despite being mostly flour, it's not bread. Despite having Tiger Gourami in it, it's not fish. It's meat.
