Can get it at the lighthope chapel in the Eastern Plagueland during the scourge invasion from a quest given by an argent dawn member's. You will need to get 20 Necrotic Runes , you can get this run by hunting scourges.

Yes yes. This does come out during the scourge invasion.... Another way to get it in going into maraudon and killing razorlash.... my 43 troll hunter didnt get it in maraudon ... but my 70 tauren druid did.. 56.2% droprate

It seems especially likely that the invasions will return come the next expansion when one considers the fact that Naxxramas is supposedly slated to be redone as a level 80 25-man raid.

You must complete http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9153 before you can unlock the items for purchase.

Therefore if you are looking to pick up the tabard, collect 18 Necrotic Runes before you leave the circles.

This item is now available again in the pre WOTLK Scourge Invasion. The quartermaster will only sell new items to you after you complete Under The Shadow . The tabard now costs 8 Necrotic Rune . Follow this link for more info on the new Scourge Invasion .

I would just like to point out that this tabard looks exactly the same as Tabard of the Protector, which was available when the dark portal opened up at the release of the Burning Crusade expansion.

It's moronic that this isn't an item available for purchase from one of the Quartermasters.

I just got to Revered on one of my characters, and went to the vendor at Light's Hope expecting she'd have a tabard for sale like quartermasters for other factions. No such luck. >:(

I'd like to see the Scourge Invasion event make a return myself. I missed out on the last one, and from what I've heard it was awesome...

To not be able to get this tabard any other way sucks, but such is the way in the World of Warcraft I suppose.

I agree with Avalionis but this is just my knowledge on things isnt there always like an event just before a new Expansion comes out? just like Wrath had the scourge invasion event and i think just before BC had umm forgot what it was called the Protecter somthing or rather event and used this tabard but just called it a diffrent name so im gonna have to *cross fingers* and hope for an event just before Cata

Pretty sure I have this on my mage at least. Possibly from the first invasion, but probably from the second time it rolled around. Now all we need is a system where tabards act like titles, being stored outside of the bag system.

I accidentally deleted this item thinking it was the northrend argent dawn. Unfortunately the GM couldn't retrieve it for me and you cannot re get it from a vendor as far as I could see. Very sad vanilla player here. :<

Weird that, for you should have an achievement in your Feats of Strength which means that you can show you earnt it which would mean the GM could get it back for you. I'd make another ticket and see what result you get.

But a really nice tabard this - one of my fav items from TBC days.

a New invasion can still be done. Even without the Lich King all of the Scarlet Crusade has become undead for no none reason. The Eastern Plaguelands is still Held by the Scourge even without a true master. The New Lich King holds a lot of the undead in icecrown, Though he is proably not capable of using them at this time. and has no intentions of using them. But Sylvannas is making plague and using Val'kyrs that the Lich king had employed. Raising Undead into Forsaken They became very aggressive. Wiping out Silverpine nearly. Moved into Hillsbrad leaving death in there path. and marched into Arthia Highlands. and Even Hinterlands. Also Western Plaguelands they fight Alliance for Andorhal trapping the Scourge in the middle of a 3 way fight. Not Saying there gonna be the invasion. Sylvannas isn't thinking in the right mind according to quests in a few of them zones. I can see her Forsaken splintering apart and Eastern Plaguelands Scourge moving Against the Argent Crusade and Brotherhood of the Light. As the Brotherhood fights Scarlet Crusaders. and Argent Crusade Try to hold the Towers they have re captured. Leaving certain areas prone to attack. While Tirion fordring Sits in Hearthglen in Western basically Splitting the Argent Crusader Army between Lights Hope and Hearthglen That and the Forsaken troop advancements will lead to some sort of invasion by Alliance or intervention by the Argent Crusade and Brotherhood of the Light

How do I get exalted with Argent Dawn if you cant get the Tabard anymore ive been trying 2 figure this out for quite some time now I even asked friends and they dont even know I mean im revered with them I think im half way or almost half way to being exalted with them.

Lore wise, this is probably the best paladin tabard in the game in my opinion as Paladin's are traditionally completely against the undead and so are the Argent Dawn basically. Such as shame this is unobtainable anymore for those that do not have it.

I have the Tabard of the Argent Dawn feat of strength but I can't find the tabard itself for the life of me. It looks like it got inadvertently vendored at some point. Is there any chance I could get the tabard restored?

I am sorry to hear about this happening. I searched all over the place. I even looked in the giant closet of lost items. I went to every vendor and checked with them. I even got my Mage friend to port me to that place where things just magically vanish.. You know that black hole that is always eating up things but you never know where it is? That place. After all this searching I could not find your tabard of the Argent Dawn. I am really sorry about this and I hope that it does not create an inconvenience for you. If you have further information that might help me in my search please let me know!

Does Razorlash still drop the Tabard of the Argent Dawn. I found another web site that claims that Razorlash drops the Tabard of the Argent Dawn at a 4.6% rate. Is this true or not true or never true?

I talked to a GM today. I have the Feat of Strength, but not the tabard. I must have deleted it forever ago. The GM verified that I had the Feat, and just mailed me a new tabard. So, if you don't have yours any more, it is possible to get it back.

If you still have Necrotic Runes in your possession but never received a tabard for whatever reason, open a ticket and ask to purchase it. I'm sure it is ultimately up to the GM but it worked for me. The tabard arrived in my mail right away and rewarded me the achievement once it hit my inventory.

Tabard of The Argent Dawn: Players who have completed the achievement are now able to re-purchase Tabard of the Argent Dawn from tabard vendors.

As of January the 20th, you may buy this tabard at the tabard vendor! For Alliance you will need to see the one in Ironforge though.

You need the feats of strength achievement Tabard of the Argent Dawn to buy it from vendor which was obtainable 8 years ago on opening WoLK.

Even though your original Tabard of the Argent Dawn may have been long gone from your bags and bank, it still unlocks its appearance for you to use for transmog. You can apply it on any tabard you wear.

If they ever make this available somehow to players who never did the grind to get exalted back when it was available I will be raging pissed..sick of blizzard handing out items and Titles to players who actually didn't earn it, especially since I was two dungeons away from getting my Title Champion of the Naaru and Blizzard changed their minds to not award anyone who didn't complete it prior to 3.0 now anyone can walk into ICC and get Kingslayer..what a joke.
This Tabard is my most favorite item in the game because of all the work I put in to earn it.

If you also have the Tabard of the Protector it only shows the Protector one in your mog window. To select/show this Tabard, you can right click the Protector tabard and select the Argent Dawn one.

I started to play back on WoD, i always loved this tabard, looks so cool, but i've never got the chance to get it. I hope they do something about it, there is a bunch of cool stuff that is unobtainable right now, it has been 15 years since this was avaliable.

A shame this didn't return with the old Scholomace/secrets of Naxxramas stuff. Given that you dust off the old Argent Dawn Commendation, it seems like it would be thematically appropriate, but alas.
