This comment was made when the item was first discovered on the PTR and it turned you into an Arakkoa, its changed now turning you into a Saberon...

It's probably (hopefully) the new winged arakkoa model. The old Burning Crusade arakkoa always had a transformation item in the form of the Time-Lost Figurine.

Edit: For posterity, this item used to say it turned you into a "Skettis arakkoa."

This will be a must have, seeing how-if I am reading this right, a non trinket item. Time-Lost Figurine is a trinket that was dropped by Terokk and allowed you to turn into a Arrakoa, but uses a trinket slot which decreases your item level.

Anyone know what the duration for Charm is? It's about 10 minutes with Time-Lost, so would the duration be 10 minutes as well for the Charm too?

This post was when this item was datamined when it was suppose to turn your player into an Arrakoa, now its been changed to make your toon turn into a cat creature.

Got it from Smuggling Run! for 500 gold, it lasts 5 minutes and has a cooldown of 30 minutes.

Something is clearly wrong with the spawn/drop of Bloodmane Charm, i have summoned the damn linny skinny 50+ times now and its never there.

The cat form you take is ever-so-slightly bugged, in that occasionally your legs will start to cycle in the wrong direction, kind of making you look like you're skating along backwards.
