Ogron Hauler deals heavy tank damage, and should be faced away from the raid for Slag Breath. Overhead Smash will damage melee, while Ground Stomp damages the ranged.

Workshop Guardians debuff tanks with Grievous Mortal Wounds, and cast Spinning Blade that players must move out of.

Iron Flame Binders deal heavy damage with Lavaburst, sometimes at random targets.

Iron Slag-Shapers channel Rain of Slag, dealing very heavy AoE damage to the entire raid. This can be interrupted.

Ironworkers use Hammer Throw against their threat target, and cast Explosive Ore on random targets.

Blackrock EnforcerBlackrock Forge Specialist

Enforcers will detonate Fire Bombs beneath their feet, dealing heavy damage to players who remain in the affected area.

Enforcers also cast Intimidation, which will reduce the entire raid's damage dealt. The cast is not interruptible, but the Enforcers can be stunned to prevent this.

Forge Specialists have a Rending Slash, which deals heavy damage to players in front of these enemies. Melee DPS should stay behind the Forge Specialists.

Forge Specialists will attack tanks with Clobbering Strike; tanks should use CDs to mitigate the damage.

100%-85% health: Both bosses are together and conveyor belts are stationary.

85%-70% health: Hans'gar leaps out of the encounter area, activating conveyor belts. Players must dodge Searing Plates that travel along the belts.

70%-55% health: Hans'gar returns to the encounter area and conveyor belts are stationary.

55%-40% health: Franzok leaps out of the encounter area, activating conveyor belts. Players must dodge Stamping Presses as they crash down from the ceiling to avoid Pulverized damage.

40%-25% health: Franzok returns to the encounter area and conveyor belts are stationary.

25%-15% health: Hans'gar again leaves the encounter area to activate the conveyor belts and Searing Plates.

15%-0% health: Hans'gar returns to the encounter area, but conveyor belts continue to move, and Stamping Presses reoccur.

Searing PlatesPulverized

Searing Plates may appear 4 at a time, leaving one lane safe. Five sets will spawn, with the safe lane always being adjacent to the previous set's safe lane. The direction the safe spot moves will not change until the safe spot reaches the outermost lane.

Searing Plates may appear 1 at a time, leaving the rest of the room clear. Five plates will spawn, and each time the new plate is in a lane adjacent to the previous plate. The direction the 'danger' spot moves will not change until it reaches the outermost lane.

These two cycles alternate until Hans'gar returns to the encounter area.

This occurs at the start of the encounter, each time the bosses return from operating machinery, and about every 25 seconds while the boss is operating machinery

The target of Body Slam will receive a Body Slam debuff and a red arrow over their heads.

Body Slam affects all targets within 12 yards with Shattered Vertebrae, increasing their Physical damage taken.

Non-tank players should attempt to avoid this by staying more than 12 yards away from the tanks.

Following each Body Slam, the raid will be damaged by Aftershock; each Aftershock ticks twice, and its damage is increased by Shattered Vertebrae stacks.

One simple way to control Hans'gar's leap is for ranged to be in two stacks on either side of the boss, ensuring that Hans'gar will always leap to alternating ranged piles.

The targeted player simply moves out to the side to avoid spreading Shattered Vertebrae to the others in the stack.

This works for all but the final phase, where Stamping Presses and movement will make this level of organisation very difficult.

Use a powerful damage-reduction CD to mitigate Crippling Suplex

During the final 15% when both bosses are active, cycle cooldowns to mitigate the bosses' melee attacks

When only one boss is active, tanks should swap the boss after each Body Slam

Move bosses away from obstructions such as Stamping Presses or Searing Plates

Damage-Dealer Responsibilities

When both bosses are active, maximize DPS with cleave/multi-DoT abilities

Casters should stop casting or switch to instant-cast spells as Franzok completes his Disrupting Roar cast

Do not stand too close to the edge of the conveyor belts, to avoid taking Scorching Burns damage

When the conveyor belts start to move, DPS may stand between them to remain stationary, but this is not a safe spot between Stamping Presses

Move away from approaching Searing Plates or impending Stamping Presses

Use a personal damage-reduction cooldown or a Healing Tonic if a Searing Plate or Stamping Press is unavoidable

If targeted by Body Slam, move away from other players before the boss leaps to you, to avoid spreading Shattered Vertebrae

Melee DPS should similarly move away from the tanks when tanks are targeted by Body Slam

Healer Responsibilities

Use damage-reduction CDs on the tanks for Crippling Suplex

When both bosses are down, both tanks will need substantial healing, particularly for the final 15% of the encounter

The raid will take unavoidable AoE damage each time the bosses use Body Slam or leap

Use throughput CDs during the Stamping Press phases, when Hans'gar's Aftershocks will be dealing frequent raid damage and the raid will be moving

Stop casting or switch to instant-cast spells as Franzok completes his Disrupting Roar cast

Do not stand too close to the edge of the conveyor belts, to avoid taking Scorching Burns damage

When the conveyor belts start to move, stand between them to remain stationary, but remember that this is not a safe spot between Searing Plates or Stamping Presses

Move away from approaching Searing Plates or impending Stamping Presses

While initially the Shattered Vertebrae debuff will fall off between Body Slams, as the fight progresses and Hans'gar begins jumping more frequently, this will not necessarily be the case.

The raid may find it beneficial to split into two groups for soaking alternating Body Slams, to avoid any players reaching multiple stacks of Shattered Vertebrae.

During the final phase of the encounter, the raid may find it easier to have most of the group stacked together, while players who can use immunities to avoid Shattered Vertebrae damage can spread out around the room to bait the leaps.

Smart Stampers will detect the location of players in the raid and summon a Stamping Press in those areas.

Initially, the Smart Stamper location will glow a dull yellow, with the glow intensifying over 10 seconds until the Stamping Press falls.

This Press stays down, blocking line of sight and movement, for an extremely long time. It is important for players to stick together, minimizing the number of Smart Stampers that spawn, and to move cautiously to adjacent, safe squares.

The raid should split into two groups and coordinate movement so that each group activates the least Smart Stampers possible and all players have room to maneuver and keep the boss in line of sight.

Changes to the encounter that are not conveyed in the current Dungeon Journal, but will be in Patch 6.1:

Hans’gar and Franzok’s Crippling Suplex ability no longer deals damage based on maximum health of the tank who was picked up. It deals a flat amount of Physical damage to both tanks who are thrown together. (663,500 damage on Raid Finder, 862,550 damage on Normal, 1,127,950 damage on Heroic, and 1,327,000 damage on Mythic)

Known issues that will be fixed in Patch 6.1:

When grabbed by Hans’gar or Franzok in advance of Crippling Suplex, tanks are currently unable to use abilities. They will be able to use abilities while grabbed in 6.1.

I'm uncertain whether the first change is actually live, because of the way the post is worded, but I've changed my description of Crippling Suplex just to say "lots of Physical damage" because basically that's true either way.

The second change is important to note: tanks currently cannot use CDs while picked up for Crippling Suplex, so the tank who is tanking the boss that is about to leave will need to pop a CD in advance. However, this is unintended behaviour, and whenever 6.1 hits, you'll be able to CD whilst picked up.

I went through video I took of the encounter and made this set of images to help people out in recognizing and positioning for these patterns. They're not hard, but knowing what's coming will help you avoid getting smashed.

I've also given them names (Bar bq, Disco, Pyramid, Quads, Weave). People can use those to help remember/reference them or even call them out in raids. Obviously, my names may suck to you and so feel free to call them whatever the hell you want.

The one nice thing to note for Melee and tanks is this: The safest area in the room is right around the center square. If you setup on one of the corners of it, you'll never have to more more than inside of one of the immediate surrounding squares. Probably best to mark a spot and direction to tank and then just move for poptarts and then head back there again. Then dance the smashers.

This fight is so fun though. Big thanks to whoever designed it! <3

There's some delay in the animation, so if you move to the stamped rectangle just after the moment the stamp touches the ground, you may still get the damage.

Some kind of cheap strategy: (just beat mythic today)
Let your whole raid stand at the coordinate 48.32 70.09 and you will not be hit by Searing Plates, Pulverized and smart stampers in Mythic. Once get in the exact coordinate, do not move, but feel free to turn (If the boss go too outside it will despawn, as it will happen when someone standing too outside is hit by Body Slam). You can use Leap of Faith, to put all your raid members in one coordinate. You can also use /range 0.5 to see how close you raid members are to each other. Also, make sure your camera point to right way so you can put down cds like Power Word: Barrier just under your feet. If tank is too far, pull with hunter pet.

The only problems are the massive damage of Body Slam and the stacks ofShattered Vertebrae (Which can stack up to 6 stacks in late phases). You need some group healing cds to deal with those. Good luck!
