Enchanted Armament will attack nearby players with Unquenchable Flame; move away from the weapons.

Iron Flametwisters will cast Lava Shield at 33%, and begin to cast Final Flame, which kills the Flametwister upon completion. Melee should move away from the Flametwister as Final Flame begins, and all DPS can switch to another target.

Iron Journeyman will use Haymaker against the tank, dealing moderate Physical damage.

Iron Cleavers will use Bonk on the tank, causing a 3-second disorient and likely endangering the affected tank. Bonk is not dispellable.

Iron Smiths cast Crushing Slam; tanks must face these enemies away from the raid, and melee DPS must take care not to be caught in the cone.

Aknor has very little health compared to Ka'graz

He attacks his current target with Devastating Slam, which must be faced away from other players

He occasionally leaps to a far-away player and will Drop the Hammer on them

Aknor should be tanked in melee, so that melee are not valid Drop the Hammer targets

Ranged should spread out to avoid splashing Drop the Hammer damage

Focus initial damage on Aknor, while multi-DoTting/cleaving onto Ka'graz

Aknor should be dead before Flamebender reaches 25 Molten Energy, to simplify the start of the fight

Lava SlashSummon Enchanted Armament

Lava Slash targets a random ranged player, drawing a line of flames between the boss and the target

When the flames reach the targeted player, they erupt, dealing moderate Fire damage to the target and any players within 7 yards

Any additional player who takes this eruption damage will be targeted by a new Lava Slash, taking double damage and drawing another fire line from the original target to the splash target

Ranged should stay spread out to avoid splashing the Lava Slash damage

Lava Slash occurs approximately every 15 seconds, and the fire lines last for about 90 seconds

Try to position the raid so that Lava Slash fire lines do not obstruct movement too much

Summon Enchanted ArmamentEnchanted ArmamentUnquenchable FlameMolten Torrent

Ka'graz targets a random player at range, debuffing them with Molten Torrent

After six seconds, the targeted player will be struck by a powerful meteor

Damage is split evenly amongst all players within 8 yards of the targeted player

The easiest way to handle Molten Torrent is for the targeted player to run into melee range

Melee will need heavy AoE healing to recover from the Molten Torrent impact

Players with immunities or strong personal damage reduction CDs can run out of the raid and soak the Molten Torrent alone

Molten Torrent occurs approximately every 15 seconds, so long as Ka'graz has more than 25 Energy

Summon Cinder Wolves

Two Cinder Wolf adds will join the encounter

At any time, one of the Wolves will have the Overheated buff and be tankable, while the other Wolf will be unbuffed and Fixate on random ranged targets

The Wolves are connected by Fiery Link, which will afflict players passing through the beam with Singe

A tank must taunt the Overheated Cinder Wolf and face Charring Breath away from the raid

The Fixated player must kite their Cinder Wolf carefully to avoid dragging Fiery Link over the melee

When Overheated expires from one Wolf, the other Wolf gains it, and the tank without Charring Breath stacks must taunt the newly Overheated Cinder Wolf

Cinder Wolves must die within 8 seconds of one another, to prevent Rekindle from healing them to full

Cinder Wolves must die before Flamebender Ka'graz reaches 100 Molten Energy

Blazing Radiance

Ka'graz will target a random ranged player and debuff them with Blazing Radiance

Blazing Radiance damages the targeted player, and all other players within 10 yards, with moderate Fire damage every two seconds for ten seconds

Players targeted by Blazing Radiance should move away from the rest of the raid

Blazing Radiance is cast approximately every 12 seconds

Firestorm

Any Cinder Wolves still alive at this time will also channel Firestorm

Players should loosely stack so healers can use damage-reduction and healing throughput CDs

Ka'graz does not use any other abilities during Firestorm

Firestorm

Magma Monsoon will last for 30 seconds after Firestorm, hurling globs of lava at ranged players

The impact zone is clearly marked by a red circle; players should move out of the area before the projectile lands

Ka'graz will also gain Flamefury, which allows her to debuff tanks with Rising Flames

Tanks should swap at 4-5 stacks of Rising Flames

Flamefury lasts 50 seconds, so the last set of Rising Flames will fall off just as Cinder Wolves spawn

One tank should hold Aknor Steelbringer at the start of the encounter, and make sure that he is turned away from the raid for Devastating Slam

When Cinder Wolves spawn, one tank must pick up the Overheated Cinder Wolf and face it away from melee

When the other Wolf gains Overheated, tanks swap roles, and the tank without Charring Breath stacks must taunt the Overheated Cinder Wolf

Use strong survivability cooldowns to mitigate the last Charring Breath from the Overheated Cinder Wolf

Following each Firestorm, while Ka'graz is buffed with Flamefury, tanks must swap tanking duties at 4-5 stacks of Rising Flames

Especially while Cinder Wolves are active, tanks should be careful not to split Molten Torrent damage with the raid

Damage-Dealer Responsibilities

Initially focus DPS on Aknor Steelbringer, while cleaving/multi-DoTing Ka'graz

Melee DPS must be careful to avoid Aknor's Devastating Slam, and Ka'graz's Lava Slash fire lines, and the Cinder Wolves' fire lines

Ranged should stay spread out by at least 6 yards to avoid splashing Lava Slash onto other players

Move away from Enchanted Armaments to avoid taking heavy damage

Move away from other raid members when affected by Blazing Radiance

If targeted by Molten Torrent, either soak it with an immunity far from the raid, or, move into melee range to split damage with other players

When Cinder Wolves spawn, melee should focus on the Overheated Cinder Wolf, while ranged should focus on the other Cinder Wolf

If Fixated by a Cinder Wolf, kite the Wolf carefully to avoid passing the fire line through other players, and use a survivability CD

Cinder Wolves must die at roughly the same time, and must die within one minute of spawning (before Ka'graz reaches 100 Energy)

Healer Responsibilities

Tank damage will be very heavy during Cinder Wolves phases; tanks may require external CDs for the final Charring Breath of each Overheated Cinder Wolf

Top up melee players and anyone else assigned to split Molten Torrent damage, before Molten Torrent detonates

Spiky damage will occur from Lava Slash and Enchanted Armament at range, and melee may take heavy damage from Lava Slash's fire lines

The player kiting a Cinder Wolf will require extra single-target healing

Although Singe appears to be dispellable on raid frames, it cannot actually be dispelled, so save your mana

Players who gain multiple stacks of Singe will require additional healing

Throughput and damage-reduction CDs should be used during Firestorm to mitigate heavy raid-wide damage

Stay spread out by at least 6 yards to avoid splashing Lava Slash onto other players

Move away from Enchanted Armaments to avoid taking heavy damage

Move away from other raid members when affected by Blazing Radiance

If targeted by Molten Torrent, either soak it with an immunity far from the raid, or, move into melee range to split damage with other players

If Fixated by a Cinder Wolf, kite the Wolf carefully to avoid passing the fire line through other players, and use a survivability CD

Still only one Cinder Wolf will be Overheated at any time, but ranged must deal with three Fixates and all players must watch for the resulting three Fiery Links.

All four Wolves must die within 8 seconds, to avoid Rekindle, and players must kill the Wolves before Ka'graz begins to channel Firestorm, as healers will be unable to keep up with five times the Firestorm damage.

This will ensure the Enchanted Armaments spawn on the edges of the room. When Cinder Wolves spawn, the kiters should move forward, so that there is no possibility the Fiery Link will pass through an Enchanted Armament's location.

If necessary, tanks can move Flamebender Ka'graz back, into an open area, to allow the ranged more space to kite.

What worked well for us was to have the ranged just stay spread out all over the room and run into the melee with the Molten Torrent, which made movement way easier.

Known issues that will be fixed in Patch 6.1:

Flamebender Ka’graz’s Singe debuff currently appears as a dispellable magic debuff on unit frames. It is not intended to be dispellable; this display issue will be fixed in 6.1.

Since the debuff is no longer dispellable, I've updated the guide to reflect this information. It will continue to display as a dispellable debuff until Patch 6.1, unfortunately.
