This achievement name is a reference to the Diablo character Deckard Cain, who always greets the player character with the phrase "Stay Awhile and Listen"

You can accumulate many dungeon quests across the week if you do not have time to run the dungeon daily. The npcs which offers the quest will appear in your inn to let you turn in the quest when you finish them even if he/she is not 1 of the 2 featured npcs of the day. You will find them hanging around in the inn, sometimes upstairs in the 2 bedrooms.

(11/23) Edit: I got a lvl 1 inn on live and found out the non featured npcs can appear behind the inn for you to turn in quests. If they're not visible, relogging resolve the issue for me. For lvl 2 inns and above, they can be found upstairs in the bedrooms or down in the cellar.

(12/9) Edit: This still works after the inn quest hotfix. However you must kill the respective last boss of the instance as it is now a requirement for the quest to complete. The quest log does not correctly show the requirement for killing the final boss of the instance in the inn quest, as such it may be misleading for quest to show as complete if only the item is looted.

The list of quests seems huge, if its these along with the possible dungeon quests! Suppose they want you to build the Inn on all your alts...

These are all the random daily quests you get inside the Inn if you build it in your garrison. When you get all of them done, you get the Inn level 3 blueprint.

The problem with this achievement is its inherent randomness. I've had the inn since the second day after launch, and have seen numerous repeats, with roughly half the quests still never having appeared. I'm not going to write this one off as a 'never gonna happen,' but let's be realistic: there is a statistical chance that a player will not see all the quests. Which is... kinda crappy.

The daily quests in the inn seems random, however the normal quests seems like to be a strict order; have gotten a new quest that I haven't completed before every new day.

Though the achievement text does not mention nor even the top rated comments, most of them are

HEROIC quests only!

Don't be a fool like me to build up Inns for low level alts to speed up the process of the account-wide acm. It has no use :P

Edit: Actually there are 4 quests in the achievement that can be done in Normal difficulty but the requirement for those is level 98. (Thx for the info, MissSea.)

There has to be a better way to find achievements, but for those who are looking this is listed under Garrisons > Buildings > Stay Awhile and Listen (Hearthstone icon)

Also of note: I pick up inn dungeon quests every chance I get and I've just about filled my last slot with 630 from running Heroics. Even still, I only have half of the quests completed.

The NPCs have been hotfixed, folks ... if you DO NOT complete the quest on the day it is given, the NPC will disappear, and you will have to wait until he or she reappears to turn the quest in. It can live in your quest log; quest items will not be deleted. However, it's very similar to the situation at the Darkmoon Faire with Kerri Hicks's daily (weekly): you "lose" out on her next month's quest if you wait a month to turn the previous month's quest in.

For the record, I got this achievement today and every day I received a new daily quest that I had not completed. There was never any overlap from day 1 to the last day. I did the yellow quest every day and and received a new one the next which I had not done before. I'm not sure if this was true for beta but it's certainly true now. I suspect they changed the logic to give people new, uncompleted quests every day.

This achievement has been hotfixed (12/12/14) to only require 10 completed quests of the possible 20, making it much easier to unlock the level 3 inn blueprint.

Let me rephrase. Blizzard attempted to hotfix the achievement to only require 10 of the 20 quests to be completed. However the hotfix was bugged causing some people to get it with ever less than 10 completed. At this point I got the achievement, I can't remember how many quests I had completed. It was around 10.

It's possible the hotfix was reversed and Blizzard mentioned it was bugged (source: https://twitter.com/Rygarius/status/543594013601701888, thanks Snowwyte). The intention is still to make it complete with only 10, but the actual bug free implementation of that change might wait until the next client patch (I guess 6.1.0)

If you are unable to turn the dungeon quest in at your Garrison Inn, you may have missed the last boss for the dungeon. A display issue caused these quests to show as complete before the final dungeon boss was defeated. Follow the steps below to resolve the display issue on your client:

Open the Battle.net app and select World of Warcraft on the left-side of the app.
Click the Options dropdown menu and select Show in Explorer.
Double-click the World of Warcraft folder.
Delete the Cache folder.
Restart World of Warcraft.

The Lunarfall Inn and Frostwall Tavern quest NPCs may not all be present at the same time when handing in a large amount of quests. Leaving the garrison area and then returning will change which NPCs are there, and you should be able to hand in your quests.

I am so angry with this achievement, I've been missing the quest Titanic Evolution for 5 days now and all I get is 2 dailys everyday.. this is absurd and I want my level 3 tavern! Blizzard please fix this

Further to MTops comment below, Rygarius tweeted Friday that this hotfix needed more testing, so it has presumably been pulled out of the game for now:

When I logged out last night 12/15/14, I had four more quests left to get this achievement. Logging in this morning I see in my achievement log that I now have this achievement. I went and bought the plans for the level 3 tavern and learned it. Now I just need to save resources to upgrade. Hopefully they won't remove the plans if the achievement error is corrected...

The reward for upgrading to a level 3 Inn/Tavern is a set of follower missions which are completely worthless (see below). Using an in game example, a regular level 90 mission takes 30 minutes and awards 100 exp and 25g, while a level 3 bonus mission takes the same amount of time, awards the same exp, and instead awards 50g. The level 3 Inn/Tavern upgrade is easily one of the most disappointing upgrades in the garrison.

Odd, this achievement already triggered after I completed approximately the 9th quest. When I look at my achievement, it turns out that all the quests are now checked. Bug?

This achievement now requires 10 out of 20 quests completed. So don't be surprised if You've got it even though You surely haven't completed them all, like me. It's just achievement's text not updated yet.
