The easiest faction to grind out is Steamwheedle Preservation Society. Either farm the Ogres at Broken Precipice, or the Talbuks just outside the building where you turn in the fragments/relics. Talbuks are a bit faster, but I had better luck on relic drops with the ogres.

You can also go around killing the 9 elite rares in Nagrand, which each drop an item that can be turned in for 500 Reputation. The spawn rates are pretty decent, so if you pair up with a buddy or two and circle the zone once, turn them all in, they should respawn in time for you to make a second round. There is no limit to how many times you can kill them.

I was able to acquire the plans for the trading post lvl 3 by purchasing them from the book vendor in Ashran. I didn't have the requisite three exalted factions, and now that the TP has been built, I only receive the faction boost on the character with the building, not for my account as a whole. Anyone else experience anything similar?

Update: The achievement has been hot-patched (December 9, 2014) to only require 1 exalted Draenor reputation, instead of 3.

Once earned, it unlocks the blueprints for all of your characters (although you will still need to purchase the blueprints on each individual character you want to build the level 3 Trading Post for).

Barracks Bodyguards do not count toward this achievement.

I have seen contradictory reports as to whether Nat Pagle reputation counts toward this or not.

It seems this achievement is unlocking after only one exalted reputation, despite the fact it clearly states three exalted reputations. I wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard intended for this to happen, since the perk for Trading Post 3 is a bonus to Draenor rep gains.

If the bonus of a lvl 3 trading post is 20% bonus rep and it needs you to get exalted with 3/5th of the factions doesn't that kinda defeat the purpose?

Just logged in and saw that I somehow got this achievement, but I have 0 Draenor reputations at exalted.

Am wondering if somehow old outland rep counts ? I also got the achieve without it being an actual new reputation in this expac.

Would love to hear back what exactly the criteria is since I'm sure many people would love to know.

Also the other possible criteria is that i have 60 exalted reps. Am only throwing these ideas out there so we can figure out what is allowing us to get the achieve.

Trust me am not complaining that i got it since i really do love the rep boost for the rest of my reps.

Curious to hear everyones feed back :)
