This achievement can be found under "Garrisons > Buildings".

For those who don't want to look it up in game the achievement is "Open 100 pieces of Salvage from missions" This unlocks level 3 Salvage

Is this bugged? I've opened a whole lot of salvage containers, and my achievement progression says 0/100.

Everyone who is worried about progression in this achivement should relex and read its description once more. Object is to "Open 100 pieces of Salvage from missions." so naturally to get Bag of Salvaged Goods or Crate of Salvage or Big Crate of Salvage is not enough. You should open them at Salvage Yard and they will correctly count.

Patch 12/09/2014: •Salvage Yard: Salvage recovered from a Garrison Mission should now always contain an item.
Patch 12/08/2014: •Salvage Yard: Awards for salvage have been split into 3 tiers based on the level of the Garrison Mission (Levels 90-94, Levels 95-99, and Level 100). Additionally, the mission needs to be successful for a chance to receive salvage with Level 100 missions having a guaranteed chance on success.
