unlock Garrison Blueprint: Fishing Shack, Level 3

You have a higher chance to get Enormous fish with a higher fishing skill in WoD its work like:
0-100 - only small-sized fish
100-300 - regular-sized fish 0-20%, 80 - small-sized fish, none enormous.
300-525 - 20% - regular, 80% small.
525-700 - small fish ~ 0%
650-700 - enormous fish ~ 50%.
700-950 - chance for enormous fish increases linearly from ~50% at skill 700, to ~100% at skill 950.

Enormous Abyssal Gulper Eel can be caught in inland Spires of Arak (where on map)
Enormous Blackwater Whiptail can be caught in inland Talador (where on map)
Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon can be caught in inland Shadowmoon Valley (where on map)
Enormous Fire Ammonite can be caught in inland Frostfire Ridge (where on map)

Useful macro for those doing this achievement and will save you a ton of time and stress. Spam the macro for each zone and this macro will search your bags and automatically skin all the fish for that area.

For this achievement I used an lure called Worm Supreme, Increasing your fishingskill +200 - Gave me an enormous fish at every throw :-) Enjoy the achievment!

Once you get up in skill around 650+ using this combo of items in open water has to be the best way to plow through this achievement don't waste your time chasing pools. I did all the 100 Fish achieves last night still a bit of a grind but overall easy.

Ephemeral Fishing Pole if you happen to fish one up this thing is op.
Worm Supreme semi rare, should fish enough up to maintain uptime on it.

Also don't forget to use the fish bait as you catch it for the fish you are looking for so you can filter out the Enormous Crescent Saberfish .

If you are lucky enough to fish up a Tentacled Hat it will increase the Enormous fish you catch MASSIVELY. Upon wearing it you may notice that the creatures you fish up will be 70% Enormous fish, and if you increase your skill further with lure/pole/boots etc, you'll be hitting about a 95% Enormous fish catch rate.

If you get this hat you may as well forsake most anything else and just blast through these achievements.

If you are doing this to unlock the level 3 fishing shack blueprints, they will not be available for you to purchase until you are level 100 and have a level 3 garrison. At that time the blueprints vendor inside your garrison will have the recipe.

The seven criteria of this achievement will take a couple of hours. Each one will take 20-35 minutes and net you 15-25 fishing skill.

Remember:

1. Use your bait. Last expansion, it was all about schools. Same trash fish mechanic (Remember Golden Carp anyone? The new Golden Carp is the Crescent Saberfish.) but this time fishing from schools is not the only way to avoid getting the trash fish.

This time around, bait is the new black.

"How do I obtain bait?"

You obtain bait naturally as you fish. Each zone has a special fish (one of the seven needed for this achievement) and a complementary special bait. You don't have to do anything special to receive this bait. It's unique, so you'll never have more than one, but it's about a one in maybe 5-10 chance to get the special bait for that zone, while simply fishing in that zone.

2. Only enormous fish count.

"How do I catch only enormous fish?"

You catch bigger fish with a higher fishing skill. They're finally doing it right by making fishing skill (and thus fishing buffs) mean something.
a. Use your best rod. (If you can't win the fishing tournament for the +40, +30s are easy enough to come by; I favour the rep grind but other folks take their chances getting one out of a bag.)
b. Equip boots, if you've got 'em (Either Boots of the Bay or Angler's Boots.
c. Make yourself drunk.
d. Have a crap pair of gloves enchanted.
e. Bring a Fishing Spear.
f. Fish with a buddy and make use of those Pheromone Fish. If you have no friends, toss the smexfish on your pet instead. It doesn't help but at least it's funny.
g. Wear one of your hats. (Nat Pagle's or Weather Beaten)
h. Make sure your rod is equipped with line.
i. Last but not least, make sure to always apply a lure. Both hats have infinite lures, but the best lure at the moment is the Worm Supreme, which you will get naturally, albeit sparingly, as you fish in Draenor. I say use the hat unless you have worms (Molten Corgi seems to always have plenty even though I never get enough to sustain the +200 buff. Hax.) but you can also buy the worms off the auction house if you want to always have the +200.

You will discover more fishing-enhancing items as you fish. Use them.

Sea Scorpions
The Shattrath anchorage has a lot of pools

Blacktail Whiptail
Fly to the Shattrath flight point in Talador. Lots of pools.

The rest of them we mostly did with Bait.

Crow's Crook in Spires of Arak has a few pool spawns.

Shadowmoon does not really have a good dense location.

Boneslag in Frostridge. Or there is one pool spawn outside your garrison to the north.

Fat Sleepers seems to be dense at the various streams and ponds. Wor'var has 3+ pools.

Gorgrond I could never find a good place. We fished in the Basilisk cave which had one pool.

BANK THE FISH YOU CATCH.
If you wait to fillet them, you can complete your fishing daily in only a few seconds every day for a long while. (You can also buy enormous fish off the AH and stockpile them for this purpose)

You can't fish up any 'Enormous' fish in your garrison until you have the Fishing Shack Level 3. So yeah... it's not going to be THAT easy. But don't worry, here are some tips that will make this turn out to be a pretty fun endeavor!

To start, I recommend Shadowmoon Valley (Blind Lake Sturgeon) or Spires of Arak (Abyssal Gulper Eel) because there's a chance you will find Ephemeral Fishing Pole. (I got mine on my 15th cast).

Don't forget your lures! The higher your fishing skill is, the better your chances are at catching 'Enormous' fish. If you're lucky, you might even get a few Worm Supreme. That's +300 fishing skill when applied to Ephemeral Fishing Pole. With this combo you should be catching 'Enormous' fish on practically every cast!

My last bit of advice is make sure you bring some bait. They should be very affordable to buy off the AH. They are unique but in my experience I was always able to fish up a fresh one before it ran out.

Hightfish Cap is extremely useful when doing this achievement. Fished this one up in Gorgrond while farming Enormous Jawless Skulker.

Something here isn't quite right. My achievements for fishing do not show Fat Sleeper or Fire Ammonite or Gulper Eels, although I made a point of fishing for them until I saw the message Fat Sleeper Angler, Fire Ammonite Angler and Gulper Eel Angler.

Its been a week since I did so. My Garrison was only L2 at the time, and maybe thats part of the problem?

I went back and did the 3 above again. The fishx Angler message popped for all 3 (again) and then the Draenor Angler Achievement and message about L3 Fishing Shack unlocked. I fished the Fire Ammonites in exactly the same spot as before. The Fat Sleepers in the same lake, but another spot.

btw. Fire Ammonites can be caught in Nagrand in the middle of Hallvalor (just east of Ring of Trials). I saw a fish pool swirling in a magma pond while questing there and stopped to fish after completing the quests.

The only thing I would add is that you can not get 100% catch rate but it has to be around 98% to 99%. My own skill is at 700, I have a hat that gives me plus 100, a fishing pole that gives me plus 100 and use the Worm Supreme that gives a plus 200. That's 1100 fishing skill and I don't always catch a fish, I have caught fish hooks, Worm Supreme, Shiny Baubles. When I do catch a fish it is Enormous 100% of the time. Use the bait for the fish you want and you will catch that fish about 90% of the time. In the 5 minutes the bait last you will also catch another bait 100% of the time. I started this achievement tonight in earnest still needing all seven fish at 100 each and the most I had at that point was 31 of one of the fish, 27 of another, 20, 12, 11, 10 and 2 of the 7th fish. As you can see I still needed a ton of fish but using the above items I was able to knock this achievement out in just under 4 hours. Set your mind to it and you can have that blueprint for lvl 3 fish shack in virtually no time. Good luck and good fishing.

Hightfish Cap or Tentacled Hat
Ephemeral Fishing Pole, Arcanite Fishing Pole or Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole
High Test Eternium Fishing Line, Rook's Lucky Fishin' Line, Reinforced Fishing Line or Spun Truesilver Fishing Line replaces your base fishing line. It works like an enchat so it also stacks with all lures!
Worm Supreme or Heat-Treated Spinning Lure
Boots of the Bay or Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots
Formula: Enchant Gloves - Angler or Formula: Enchant Gloves - Fishing

Everything above increases your Fishing by 425! Remember, that more Fishing skill increases your chance in fishing better items. In this case we are trying to fish up enormous fish in Draenor zones.

Draenor Angler:
Enormous Sea Scorpion has best fishing place in Stormshield. Sea Scorpion Bait helps you fish only Enormous Sea Scorpion.
Enormous Jawless Skulker can fished in Gorgrond. Jawless Skulker Bait will do its job for you!
Enormous Fat Sleeper swims in Nagrand waters. He seems to be repleted but still covets after Fat Sleeper Bait!
Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon is located in rivers of Shadowmoon Valley. We can hope he will smell Blind Lake Sturgeon Bait at least because he can't see it!
Enormous Blackwater Whiptail can be found in Talador waters. Blackwater Whiptail Bait increases your chances!
Enormous Abyssal Gulper Eel will stay forever in Spires of Arak. Abyssal Gulper Eel Bait smells good to him!
Enormous Fire Ammonite somehow lives in lava of Frostfire Ridge. Can be baited with Fire Ammonite Bait!
