I could be wrong since english is not my first language. But isn't word challenged used in terms of, well, I don't know how to put it nicely, disabled? handicapped in physical or mental sense?

They didn't really think this one through, did they. Would be much better to title it something like "The Challenger" in my opinion.

EDIT: As it is right now, they made a change to the reward. The new title makes much more sense and is not offending to anyone even by accident.

This is kind of obvious.
If you do every dungeon with at least of Bronze rating, You will receive title "the Undaunted".
