It's on the second room in the hall leading Maiden, on a table.

This Q should be done after you kill Maiden, so the room despawns later, so u don't need to clean to get to the book.

The Maiden of Virtue's room is at the end of a rather long hall. All along the north side of the hall is various small rooms. As others have said, it is in the second to last of these rooms.

My raid group killed the Maiden, but the guests (mobs) in that room were still there. 3 hours later, I went back, and the guests were still there. So, I left the dungeon and logged. The next day, I formed a raid group with my friend, and re-entered Karazhan. The room was vacant, and I could just run in and get the book. This was because once everyone from the raid ID is out of the instance for more than 30 minutes, a "soft reset" will happen, and mobs found in areas before bosses in the dungeon are eliminated.

- Enter Karazhan
- Go up stairs immediately to the right
- Go to the far right corner of the hall and up the stairs
- Go through the doorway on the right and turn right
- 2nd doorway on the left

Find a red book in the back of the room..

I wonder if this is in some way solo able by a frost mage, gonna try it tommorow must be possible i geuss ill edit it tommorow :)

Mages can solo this at 80. 3 points in Prismatic Cloak is highly recommended in case you accidentally pull mobs.

Go up the stairs to the right and look for the doorway on the opposite side of the room atop the stairs. Carefully navigate past the dancers and blink past the guard who can see past invisibility. Go up the stairs and hug the right wall, provided that the servant isn't there to spot you. Blink past the guard beside the doorway on the right and arrive at the guest quarters.

Blink past the two guards beside the second doorway on the left. This is when you want to take off all of your gear and turn on auto-loot. Cast Invisibility, run up to the log, and then activate it. By the time the server registers that the enemies can see you and before they kill you, hope that you have already autolooted the log.

Make the spirit run back into Kara, run back out alive, hand in the quest, and you're done!

Can be easily soloed as an 80 Feral Druid in Cat Form with Prowl.

There are 2 mobs guarding small hallways at separate points that will detect your stealth and attack you, but you should be able to kill them easily in bear form as nothing else will aggro if you approach them at an angle furthest away from the other packs of mobs. If you are a Night Elf (Shadowmeld) or have invisibility potions, you don't even have to fight them. Opening the book will unstealth you, but if you open it from the very middle of the room (as far away from the 4 packs of mobs as possible) then they won't aggro. Then just restealth and head back out.
