Mage-Lord Urom
The Oculus Drakos the Interrogator Varos Cloudstrider Mage-Lord Urom Ley-Guardian Eregos Mage-Lord Urom, a powerful human mage who serves Malygos is the third boss of the Oculus. He's located at first on a little platform, but he quickly go away and summon a random menagerie (beasts,elementals or humanoids); he do this 3 times until going on the central ring, where the real fight starts.
Abilities Normal (Spell #51103): Urom throws a bomb, hitting its target with the highest aggro which inflict directly 650 frost damage and drops a frost zone on the ground. This zone deals 650 frost damage per second and reduce the movement speed by 35%. Lasts 1 minute. (Spell #51121): Deals 3.800 to 4.200 arcane damage to a random player, and after 6 seconds, deals zone damage to nearby equal to the health missing of the target afflicted by the debuff. (Spell #51110): Urom teleports in the center of the oculus and start to cast a powerful AoE during 8 seconds. This spell inflict 9.000 arcane damage, is not interruptible but only deals damage when in line of sight. Heroic (Spell #51103): Urom throws a bomb, hitting its target with the highest aggro which inflict directly 650 frost damage and drops a frost zone on the ground. This zone deals 650 frost damage per second and reduce the movement speed by 35%. Lasts 1 minute. (Spell #59376): Deals 5.700 to 6.300 arcane damage to a random player, and after 6 seconds, deals zone damage to nearby equal to the health missing of the target afflicted by the debuff. (Spell #59377): Urom teleports in the center of the oculus and start to cast a powerful AoE during 8 seconds. This spell inflict 13.500 arcane damage, is not interruptible but only deals damage when in line of sight. General facts Healers should immediately full heal the player afflicted by the time bomb, in order to avoid massive damage. It's highly recommended to get behind the closest wall if you want to avoid the damage from the Arcane explosion. Healers should heal the players in the frostbomb with spells like (Spell #48113), (Spell #55459) or (Spell #53251).
