I’m writing my @wowhead wrap-up for the @Warcraft Economy this week, what is your advice to players returning to the game during the free activation weekend? What does a TBC or Cataclysm player need to know about #goldmaking in today’s game?— Gumdrops (@GumdropsEU) June 22, 2018

Soooo very disappointed with the Bear Tartare nerf. I wish they'd consider making it act as it currently does if you're in Legacy Loot mode. It's so useful in Molten Core and such raids, and due to the amount of content in Legion I haven't been able to make NEARLY as much use of it as I would have liked.
Losing Bear Tartare is going to be brutal for just about anyone and everyone. Changes like these seem incredibly petty on the part of Blizzard with their intent of constantly slowing down players every chance they get in a multitude of ways. Using speed food combined with a speed legendary is the only way to make some old content like SoO or ICC remotely bearable anymore while attempting to farm those elusive mogs and mounts. Every time Blizz comes up with something to remedy their mistakes, in this case Legacy Loot, they seemingly go out of their way to find another way to hamstring players in return for us asking them to fix their screwups which we told them were screwups before they were implemented.Speed Farm while you can, friends. It's already shaping up to be a very punishing expansion with a lot of losses yet terribly little in return.
Currently on Beta the Ink Trader still requires Roseate Pigment from Legion and the Legion Tome and Codex of the Tranquil Mind are usable at level 120, even though there is a BfA version (Tome of the Quiet Mind). Question I've been asking myself is this intended or will the Ink Trader be updated to require BfA mats for currency and will the Tranquil Mind items have a level restriction placed on them. I don't really see Tome/codex of the Tranquil Mind being left alone and being usable at 120 since the WoD versions were changed to max out at 109, but the Tranquil Mind stuff hasn't been changed yet either with less than 2 months to go.
I'll check out the pet addon. Sounds promising!
Me I'm worried about garrison being nerfed darn
Another reason I think it's going be the 17th is the 11th their retiring the old WoW App. They would do this before not after an update. They would of had to update the code base, etc to make it work with 8.0 correctly and I think they would of not bothered.
I am going to be extremely upset if they nerf garrisons. Right now it’s a faster way to level professions than Legion. Which is probably why they will nerf it. It’s great for hexweave bags as well. I still use my garrisons regularly. Maybe I am one of few players who actually LIKED garrisons in WOD.
I shudder what's next, goblin gliders nerf?
The garrison stuff feels like a bug to me.
Good data.
