Ok coming over from EQ I wanted to know what to combine components in. Turns out you dont. First talk to your trainer to get skill.
Then open your Spells/Abilities tab.
Find the desired skill.
Then click and drag to your actions bar.
Now click on the Icon like a spell.
Follow the instructions on the page from there,.
