This quest is obtained from the Faded Lovely Greeting Card dropped from Apothecary Hummel in Shadowfang Keep during the Love is in the Air event. This item is a 100% drop and is lootable by everyone in the party who has not done the quest.

The quest tracker says to return to Snip Snagglebolt in Shadowfang Keep, but Snip is actually in Stormwind as it says in the quest information.
