You turn quest in to Neeru Fireblade in Cleft of Shadow, Orgrimmar.
I'm not sure if they post her head on a stake like they used to for Horde, I waited an hour and they never did for me.

Funny quest. When you turn it in, the Neeru says something along the lines of "How are you turning in the head of...never mind. Best not think about it, would get confusing"

You culd not loot the head twice in the "old" Onyxia instance, so I would be surprised if one could in the "new" version.

Turning the head in to Neeru counts for the Loremaster of Kalimdor achievement.

Actually, you can loot this from both 10man and 25man onyxia and it's the same reward.. So the best way is to go 10 man if you want it..

... ive seen her head on a stake before ( not at 60 ) but when i turned mine in nothing happened... do you have to kill her with 25 people or does it just randomly happen?
