The Barracks are at 70, 72. Enter then go right, left, left, and on the dinner table to the right are the orders.
The Abbey is at 72, 72. Enter then go left, straight, into the library on your left, then on ground level go through the right doorway and on the table are the orders.
The Beach is near the water. The orders are at 72, 80.

for those who don't have coords (like me)

The abbey is the building that looks like a V on your mini map, it's in the library in the back room

The Barracks plans are next to the staircase to the basement, on that small table

The Beach orders are on the lowest part of the beach, next to the boat

Just an FYI, this one is not on the upstairs table in the library section of the abbey, it's downstairs.

Abbey 72, 73: Enter & veer left. Follow the wall on your left. Continue past the first room until you see a room with a large bookshelf next to a stairway going up. This is the library wing. Go right past the bookshelves & enter the room at the back on your left. The orders will be on a table to your left.

Barracks 70, 72: Enter, hang a right, at the end of the hall turn left. Do not continue to the room ahead. Immediately, turn left again, at the first corner. Continue forward past the first doorway/arch. On the right will be the staircase going down to the basement. Continue forward past the downward staircase & look to the right. The table with the orders is right there. There is a staircase going up behind it.

Beach 71, 80: The orders are in a 2 tent camp, on a box between the fire & a tent.

Ridiculously easy quest for a rogue of level. Just completed at 72, killed a total of 2 mobs and was only required to kill one of them.

Locations above are correct, I used GelivathLB's because I don't have coords, and Thunderbull's statement was true for me too, only available after I completed the Siegesmiths quest.

some other quests to New Hearthglen begins your long, long period in this area. Not bad if you're a rogue or druid, tho. You will have to re-enter this area many times to do all the quests. Aggro a definite factor. I would suggest going to a couple levels above the mobs before doing them. Either way, you will be in for an extended period of time doing all the quests.

Head south and in their abbey, in their barracks, and on their beach, find those daily plans!

Just in case you're confused, the barracks is the large building right next to the smithy.]
