He's in one of the tunnels from the chamber where Ghoomra (or whatever that "Turtle" boss NPC is. I believe it's toward the NW, but don't recall. Easiest way to tell is to zoom your mini map out and look for the tunnel that looks really short. The alcove he's in is pretty small and wide where as all the other tunnels tend to be longer and narrow.

NW is wrong. He is in the SW alcove, directly SW from the turtles.

1)Go to the BLACKFATHOM DEEPS

2)Go to Blackfathom Deeps' INSTANCE !

3)Go to the Turtle Lake where the Gamoo-ra(boss NPC 25lvl elite) is...

4)Go to the South-West side of the Lake and swim to the underground passageway...BEWARE OF THE SEA NAGAS WITCHES THAT ARE PATROLLING THERE!

He is located above the Alchemists in Darnassus. Have a guard mark the Alchemists Trainer and go to the second floor to find Selgorm.

Search the caves to the sides of the island where Gahmoo-ra spawns, the entrances are underwater.

He is to the right of Ghamoora as you face him.. Swim directly to the wall, you'll see the caves on your map.. No mobs in there with him, he's laying down chilling..

After clearing the Blackfathoms Deeps raid in SOD, you can find him by the Altar of Teleportation as a questgiver/repair only vendor. He is in *stealth* right before the Murloc boss.
