He's listed as a 'Relic Vendor' (at least by the sign over his head - he doesn't actually have a <Byline Tag> like a functioning vendor), but he's been around for more than a year. I wonder if he'll get more action with the presence of Death Knights - it's kind of ridiculous that the soon-to-be four classes without a ranged weapon slot don't get to fill that slot up until level 60 or later.

I think it would be wise for Blizz to give the relic toters a voucher around level 20 or 30 so that they can get a relic before reaching level 60+. It doesn't have to be an amazing relic, but something would be nice.
