i want this guy's armor, can someone link me to all of it? i know the chestpiece is Feathered Breastplate but i don't know about the rest.

What armor is this guy wearing, the chest is the Feathered Brestplate and everything else seems to match, but there is no set or other Feathered items that look the same. Is it uniqure to him or can others get it.
