Don't let the huge scale scare you. These are pretty easy to solo if you have some type of snare.

Although he dropped no gold or loot, I'm assuming these aren't meant to be killed on foot.

Edit: Yep, these aren't made for combat on foot. The quest Do Your Worst requires you to hop in a vehicle and kill these and other mobs.
