Clicking on her has nothing to do with the heart above her head.

If you watch her make her rounds around the Flying Machine she is working on, as she reaches the front of the Machine she steps back to admire her work. This is when and only when the heart appears over her head.

You need to know the recipe for the hog/chopper in order to be able to bring up the purchase screen. This, in turn, requires exalted with your faction's vanguard (alliance vanguard or horde equivalent). With the material requirements and investment involved, don't expect to see motorcycles for sale for less than 17.5-20k.

I had no problem buying the limited availability part.
Not that I have that much gold myself =Get to the choppa! achievement by just making it, even if you give it to someone afterwards (they get the achievement when they use the key I suppose).

I have a question about this vendor, given by blizzard that u need exalted reputation to buy that recipce and those parts for crafting Mechano-hog, shouldnt we get 20% less cost of mats given that we are exalted with this faction, or we need to be exalted with some of those older goblin factions so we get some discount on these parts?

Looking at her information, she does not belong to any faction, and therefore, no you cannot get a discount X(

You should really learn to read mate but here it is again.

To access the parts you need to have 450 engineering and be exaulted with Alliance Vanguard or Horde equivalent. You then also need to have learnt the recipe to make the Hog/Copper. Until then she will only show the Flying Training. Hope thats clear enough for you!

Actually, if you're not already 450 Engineering there is no hurry. Just buy the mats for a couple of Heartseeker Scopes and sell the crafted scope on the AH (don't flood the AH though), where you should be able to make some, or all, of your costs back. Rinse and repeat. Make goggles for the 450 point. No need for gold buying to reach 450.

And 12500g is a lot, but no worse a grind than epic flight was in TBC.

it took me alot of dailys but i finaly got all the mats
i could not get them untill i got https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=44502
then what i did was when people wanted me 2 make them the mount i told them i could buy them the mats but for an extra 50g
https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=44501 1000g each they need 8 so i earn 400g
https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=44500 1500g each ( limited stock ) so i charge 100g
https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=44499 3000g each i earn 50g
so after doing all that i earn 550g
then i make it and charge them 200g tip
so all in all i make 750g ( not bad ) :)

Should be pointed out that the chopper parts can now be deconstructed from Ulduar bosses like Flame Leviathan, even in regular 10 man. So, if your guild is already doing this raid, don't miss out on a chance to "skin" these bosses. Could save you thousands on your car insurance!
