Any AoE of any kind - AE, Demo Shout, etc - inside the buildings at Raven Hill will aggro these mobs.

When they attack, no information is displayed on your combat log. Not even an "Unknown attacks you for 50 damage". The only reason you know ANYTHING is wrong is because your health will start going down. This is, according to GMs, "working as intended".

These are invisible mobs seeable in ghost form/have Detect Invisibility buff.
these are similar to rift spawns/lordaeron citizens because they are aggroed by aoe exept this one is not seeable even if they attack. these are lv 50 and the rift spawns/lordaeron citizens are lv 15. Try not to aoe where they are on the map as a lowbie or you will be killed by them!
they hit for roughly 50 damage. Hope this helps!

On my paladin i was bored so i decided to visit raven hill and casted some aoes...luckily my palain was lvl 55 but i was loosing health,so in the end i kept aoeing till it died. After checked my combat log and it told me i was called unseen and i was like WTF. luckily i checked wowhead and realized what it was

Heheh, i was just trying out the Flash Bundle i got as a quest reward and was attacked by one of those, i vanished before he managed to kill me. Never knew that these existed, since they seem to live up to their name.

I think it's worth to note that the "use" effect from Bouquet of Orange Marigolds, or just the Orange Marigold's "use", from Day of the Dead event vendor, will also reveal these mobs (i would provide links, but Wowhead has yet to put the Bouquet and the Orange Marigolds in their database) . I found out last night because i once got attacked in there on a low level priest when i used Holy Nova, so i went to investigate and found these fellas after clicking my Bouquet.

They can also be seen with the Invisibility spell of the mage.

I am a lvl 44 hunter on the Gnomeregan realm, i went into the raven hill inn thing, i did volley, something started attacking me and i couldn't see it! How come i can't. I was using Track Hidden , but i still coyldn't see it, can somebody plz tell me how to see it or attack it back?

OMG hunters have the flare ability... -.- Track Hidden doesnt always show the hidden enemies...

The thing is - the hunter ability to see "hidden" units gives them increased visibility of stealthed units, not invisible units.

WoW treats invisibility and stealth as two different things.

So, every time a warlock buffs our group in WSG with Detect Invisibility to detect rogues and kitty-dr00ds, it won't help..

I just wanted to say this, because I can clearly see that a lot of people don't know that these are two different "invisibilities" in WoW :)

I got a warlock to buff Detect Invisibility on me, and just killed these until the buff ran out.

No spectacular drops, but it was fun seeing how people reacted to me killing mobs that were... well, unseen.

I just got killed by this... thing. I did an Arcane Explosion inside the house beside Jitters in Raven Hill as I was leaving... I just selling stuff to the goblin inside! :( When I level up, I'm gonna come back and beat this guy's ass.

It is funny that any lvl Lock can cast Detect and you can see them. But you cannot see them if u use the Potion. strange. same exact thing.

SO I've hit these with my traps, but I can't see them, even with stealth tracking and flare on, is it just people with the detect invis and greater detect invis that can see them? or is there something else I can do?

Without a doubt this is -the- best place and the best mob in the entire World of Warcraft for an Alliance warlock to gather up soul shards.

Go and cast Detect Invisibility on yourself, then farm 'em up.

Also, I might add, not a bad place for mageweave drops!

Me, lvl 47 warrior and my friend, 60 warlock farmed these. You need to have Invisibility buff to see them.

Who says there's nothing left in Duskwood to see? They have generally lame drops, save for Mageweave, which is pretty common amongst them. I needed a warlock with Detect Greater Invisibilty to see them (I'm 56), but I'm not sure how well, if at all, Catseye Elixers, Detect Lesser Invsibility potions and Perception will work on finding them.
Make sure your buff doesn't run out while you're fighting one, or else it'll attack you, and you can't attack it back!

Invitibility and Stealth are NOT the same thing. You need dectect invisibility to even have a chance to see these things.

I guess those guys are like the Lordaeron citizens in UC yard. (lvl 15 ghosts). They are invisible NOT stealthed so Paranoia does NOT work but Detect Invisibility does...

So, I am a lvl 33 Mage. I tailor and enchant. On my tailoring I just leveled to 180 and received Bolt of Mageweave pattern. I am finding it difficult to find these (in fact I haven't found ANY other than in AH) I have been to the house near Raven Hill where the Unseen are, but I have seen nothing nor do I know how to get the potions or abilities to see these ghouls let alone fight one. Is there an easier way to get mageweave cloth? Or do i just have my tailoring level unusually high for my character level?

well im a level 44 paly and i might see these guy for myself and if they are undead then i should have no problem detecting these guys with my "detect undead aura" agree?

53 mage 462 XP for the kill there is more then just one in the house i have killed up to five but can never loot or see the mobe to add more thay were not hard to kill but if your 46 or below your KO hands down... ill get some dectect invisibility and go back...

If you want to "farm" theese, bring some Target dummies. Apparently they're magnets for the unseen. Get one on you and drag it through the town = lots on you.
Well. At least thats what happened when I misclicked a dummy on my lvl 24... Ghost came out of everywhere. Tried immunity shield but still ended up dying fast with 8 on me.

So after casting Consecration at roughly 21.7 / 35.1, in Raven Hill Cemetery, I somehow aggro'd one of these, despite them being listed as only spawning within Raven Hill itself. Afterwards, I had someone cast Detect Invisibility on me while I spent some time walking around Raven Hill Cemetery. I did not see a single one of them located around where I died at 21.7 /35.1 And I confirmed by walking to Raven Hill itself that I was able to see them with the spell active. It's likely that there might be some very sparse spawns spread out in the Cemetery with extremely large roaming paths, since I don't see any other way one would've gotten that far north. For reference, one of the huts that contains an Unseen is located at 21.0 / 55.6, within Raven Hill itself. Looking at the in-game map, the North-eastern most building that is part of Raven Hill Cemetery is around where 21.7 / 35.1 is, while 21.0 / 55.6 is the right-most building in Raven Hill on the in-game map.

Hardcore players beware when AoE'ing in the Cemetery!
