with me. Why is this relevant? First of all, she is the questgiver for both those quests. Secondly, because these quests were shared with me, I had completely forgotten where I found her on my main character, and this entry was no help!
For the record, she is 70.05, 20.93. Dubra'jin is the little settlement/flight point in the north of this zone. If you look on your map, it is almost directly due west of Gundrak, up against the hills.
