i don't really understand. When you run around, you see Thrym all the time, but when we suddenly get a quest to kill him, he doesn't even spawn untill we've killed the other two?

For those of you wondering, "Who exactly is this guy?":
From
Drakuru's Orders
(Obtained from the wolvar village) you learn Navarius is the leader of the "empty" Necropolis, Zeramas. When you free Gymer, Navarius can be found in a phased vehicle-only Zul'Drak, performing a ritual north of the stairs leading to the Argent Stand. His Necropolis plays no role in any quest line, as he is obviously dead.
