Here's the jist on this guy.
Another critter needed for the achievement added in 3.08 Pest Control (at the time of this post, it's not in database).
Easy way to get this guy, is to head towards Wailing Caverns. You'll be able to pick up an Adder on the way to knock out two birds.. rather snakes with one stone (or whatever you use to kill them). Zone into Wailing Caverns, and there's a snake not 20 feet from the door skittering (thought snakes slithered 0.o) around.

Helpful macro for the achievement:

/tar Adder
/tar Devouring Maggot
/tar Fjord Rat
/tar Larva
/tar Moccasin
/tar Rat
/tar Scorpion
/tar Spider
/tar Zul'Drak Rat
/tar Crystal Spider
/tar Fire Beetle

/tar Underbelly Rat

Helpful macro for finding the Larva:
/tar Larva
/stopmacro
/tell (YourCharacterName) > %t <

Remember to replace YourCharacterName with, well Your Character's Name.

to the end of the search macro to make it much more obvious when you come across one.

I came across one of these the other day. It was hiding inside a box inside Southshore Inn. When i went near it a giant exclamation mark appeared on its head and it slithered outside and despawned.

I got a 40 man raid group to try to solo one of these. Full critter resist gear, failed. ='(

My guild has done Molten Core, defeated Ragnaros countless times now. We've just recently completed Blackwings Lair for our 5th time, fully through, then we here of this guy. &*!@ing rediculous. We are are in tier2 or better, and the damage output was just insane, but this guy just won't die. We got him to about 3%, then we lost control of the fight and wiped. He's downed us several times. Any suggestions? WOuld be much appreciated!

He 1 shotted me decked out in full T6 with full buffs with last stand, and shield wall up along with the LOH buff and the priest buffs.

Solo'd, dropped https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=22589/阿泰絲-守護者之杖, which is obviously a Huntar weapon.

It was an easy solo, I just got my raiding guild to help out.

BTW, he hits for about 8,000 on cloth, and somewhere around 3,500 on plate. His enrage is a !@#$%, though. I'd say this fight is more of a DPS gear check than anything else.

P.S. Nature and Shadow resist also help a lot in this fight. Every 90 seconds he becomes untankable and will randomly cast shadowbolt or moonfire volleys at a player and the two closest toons to said player, which hurt like a mofo if they aren't at least partially resisted. This phase lasts for 30 sec, until he goes back into phase 1, which, of course, is a simple tank-and-spank.

i tried to kill him, we had the full specced healers, tanks, casters everything!, but he ated our tank, scared our casters and made them run around screaing like little girls, and when our healer was healing us he told him to f$%^ off, so he left the group and we all died,

later that day i went in to solo him and my owl pet slirped him up :)

for those of you who downed Toad at least twenty times and Snake at least fifteen times and Parrot ten times and Deer five or more times...

Try killing Cat. He's tough and i doubt any of you hardcore raiders can do it. If you DO take him down, then post a Thottbot link of his epic loot. my friend told me he has agility, stamina, 1k to all resistances and... 500dmg at 0.0 attk spped. gl w/that

Try taking down Sickly Deer. He was nerfed the last patch but if you do the attunment you get the title "(name), Champion of the Bambi"

Okey, I havent done that quest in WC.. That means I can farm in there, not picking up the items they drop, until a Bloodvine drops?
