Actually, if I read the names properly, Torastrasza would be a 'she', rather than a 'he'. The '-strasza' seems to indicate a female, as with Alexstrasza (the 'Dragon Queen') and Keristrasza (who is decidedly female).

As of Patch 3.1 When you click him he makes a roaring bear like sound. Which is meant to be a Dragons roar. The loud roar might be a greeting :D. Also when Dragons die in-game they make this sound. :)
