This is the questline start to be able to do her quests.
It starts by the quest given by Gryan Stoutmantle in the Westfall Brigade Encampment.

Once you complete the quest given by Stoutmantle, a soldier right next to his left side
will have a new quest avaliable.

Interesting note, hang around for a bit, and Sasha will share short two-line dialogues with Anatoly.

Anatoly says: How old are you, lass?
Sasha: I'm old enough to shoot beasts like you right between the eyes... at twice this distance.

Anatoly says: You won't get away with this, you know? You're just a kid.
Sasha: I'm old enough to shoot beasts like you right between the eyes... at twice this distance.

Anatoly says: Your father was weak, Sasha... he didn't have the guts to do what had to be done.

And, the most interesting one, to me:

Anatoly says: We'll all end up serving the Lich King, kid. Better this way than becoming a rotten corpse.
Sasha says: I'd rather be dead than be one of you! You think you're still human? You're... animals!

It never really occurred to me that the wolf cultists KNEW they were serving Arthas through Arugal.

Actually I think both Sasha and Anya are both characters from "Peter and the Wolf". Which if it is so would make sense considering the long worgen quest chain.

I found her at the new location but when I talked to her, she said"These monsters killed my father and kidnapped my sister, they are going to pay for this." Didn't give any quest,..her sister is still in the cave...
