You mean the pattern for Ironfeather Breastplate? They are dropping it all right, but the drop rate is just over 2 percent. I soloed them for an hour or so with my druid Wednesday July 6th and finally one of them dropped the pattern.

Tip for druids: The filthy little Hideskinners tend to run away when they health is low (like all trolls). If you solo them and want to prevent them from coming back with friends (they're all elite after all), use Bash (provided you're in bear) in the right moment just before they attempt to run away. While they're stunned, quick heal if necessary and throw Nature's Grasp on yourself. Then go bear again and maul. After one maul they try to run away, but by that time they're hopefully entangled by your roots, so they just stand still until you maul them to death.
Requires timing, but worked for me 99% of the time, and I killed many in the hour I was camping them alone.

Apparently the pattern still drops off these mobs. Before trying to find them, I checked the AH and found it at a good price.
