Loguhn is the leader of the Wolvar, the wolverine people of Northrend. The Wolvar will appear in WotLK as a faction, they are at war with the Orcales, a race of evolved Murlocs.

Loguhn is said to be the leader of the wolvar, but he's the leader of the Snowfall Tribe, while the in-game faction will be the Frenzyheart Tribe.

Trivia
This mob's name is a sound-alike to Logan, the civilian identity of Marvel X-Men's Wolverine character. The presence of blade-talon fist weapons (bone claws) on Loguhn's hands further enhances their similarity.
