Easy to pick out of the crowd. As the picture above shows, one of his swords glows black.

Just kill the defias on the ledge at 64, 29 and wait for him to walk by. He's an easy kill. Only 1530 health.

He has a Lifestealing enchant on his sword, so whenever he hits you, he might heal a bit - nothing that makes the fight any harder.

reply to CrittinRogue: this NPC does have a lifestealing enchant yeah its true that with the colour but he really have a lifestealing it drained me for 9 hp but still a easy fight.

lol i thought it was the biggest island of all.. so just swom to Alcaz island.

And there are all lvl unknown elites.. so dont go there x]

for those of us that don't have coords...run up the eastern coast and when you start getting attacked by defias...look to your right and there there's the island

he is quite easy to find, he was the 1st mob i killed on that island.
1. go up the coast from the town.
2. carry on up and you will see an island on your right.
3. it is that very first island

Found Garn at 63,28 on first Island north of Theramore. First objective of the Defias in Dustwallow quest chain. Starts with Captain Wymor, found him in the Sentry point, first tower outside Theramore. One of numerous quests added in the new 2.3 patch.
