At level 68 you can accept the first part of the quest from Earthmender Torlok. I won't post a whole guide on doing the quest, but these are the rewards from the final step:

Amulet of the Torn-heart (FR neck)

And a choice of one of the following:

Borak's Reminder (1.8 dagger with agi/hit/ap)
Grom'tor's Charge (1.6 1H axe with lots of sta and some agi/defense)
Lohn'goron, Bow of the Torn-heart (2.6 bow with agi/ap)
Oronok's Ancient Scepter (staff with sta/int/spell crit/spell dmg)
Staff of the Redeemer (staff with sta/int/healing/mana per 5)
Torn-heart Axe of Battle (3.3 2H axe with str/sta/spell crit/melee crit/spell dmg)

After these quest you have to accept the one named Oronok Tornheart then go talk to him he will start you on the COD quest line and the dagger plus the other items will be rewards from those followup quest.

This is the begining of a 25 part quest line that leads up to the tempest keep key.

Most of them can be soloed up untill you have to kill the elite Bloodelf that is riding the Large Drake you will have to 5 man that after this part it is Heroic Dungons to finish the Trails of Naru which leads to Magathierdon (sp)
