I thought I'd post here saying how great a pet I think these guys are. A lot of people swear by their first pet and I guess I'm no different.

I got my boy at level 7. He almost killed my measly level 10 self three times, so I got all determined and was like "rawr" until I tamed him. xD I named him Karma and proceeded to train him, and continue training him, and am still training him - at the moment I'm level 49, he's 48. That would give me plenty of time to find/tame a "better" pet but the problem is, since speeds have been nerfed I can't find one.

Btw: Karma has grown. xD I went back and compared him to his ex-level-7 companions and he's now almost triple their size. Hehe!

With the standard dash, prowl, claw and bite, Karma very rarely loses aggro for beasts even a few levels higher than him. His armor is around 5000 - which is better than a lot of even tank pets I've seen/battled - and his health, without any extra boosts, is at the moment almost 3k . He crits around 250-300 and has that serpent swiftness or whatever it's called that makes his attack speed 1.54, making him a formidable enemy.

I have tried other pets but none seem able to match Karma's skill. Probably because I've had him since level 7 and put everything I can into his strengths. He's been well worth it. :)

i got my Mojo lvl 8 n it is not my first pet and i can say this kitty is amazing! even thought it eats so much X) i have trained it n i can easily kill 2 beasts with their icons in red, wich i think is really gd :]] their armor may not be the same as the bears or the one of the turtles and scorpids, but i think they compensate with attacks and swiftness like no other pet. they also look rly cool :P

i got my ngihtsaber when she was a lvl 7 and i named her altress but she has always been called Baby girl by my friends lol. she is now lvl 38 and im 41 and even though i have other pets ow than just her she is still me favorite and always will be :). she is a very strong cat and im very proud of her alot of ppl have told me she could solo almost any instance and i believe it. i dont think i will ever find a cat with her personality or determination

I know what you mean, it might seem silly to get so attatched to your 1st pet, but my Rain has lvled with me from 7 to 70 and I wouldnt trade him for the world, and since blizz nerfed the elite pets, there wouldnt be much point in replacing him.

I just started a new toon. (Night Elf Hunter) The nightsaber stalker was the first pet I tamed. I just submitted a screenshot of one and hopefully it will post soon.

found it /way 47.61 52.52 if you wait 1 or 2 minutes respawn 2 times and complete the quest
