He is one of the two gatekeepers in the Mechanar in Tempest Keep that needs to be killed to open the elevator to the second floor. He is on the left side of the wing.

Heroic:

We wiped from the saw blades that he spams...they hit hard and tick for almost 1k. The solution that worked for us was tanking Gyro-Kill with his back to the rest of the raid. It lowered the frequency of the blades as well as the amount of people that were hit.

Wierd fact.
The leader of the group is the one getting to loot him. It can be looted by others but if you only kill the mobs required, it will be the leader getting the loot.

Funy on none of the websites is there anything about killing him on heroic. It's retardedly hard. Even for a well geared group... he enrages and hits 100% faster on your tank while your group is all dying of "saw blade"...

Theres gotta be something I dont know that would help killing him on heroic. Other than having a backup healer, because this guy is sick.

Casters can simply stay in melee range to avoid the blades
However they must be even more careful with their threat...
